Ce programme de 12 mois est conçu pour les nouveaux diplômés souhaitant débuter leur carrière au sein d’une institution financière de premier plan. La rotation dans différents départements permet d’acquérir une expérience précieuse dans un milieu stimulant et international.
Mission et Responsabilités
Au sein du département de Client Risk Management, vous aurez l’occasion d’explorer l’ensemble des produits financiers et d’investissement, ainsi que de participer à des activités de marché et de structuration. Le programme offre également un parcours d’intégration unique dans les services et produits développés par UniCredit.
Les principales activités incluent :
- Participation aux activités de marché : Les stagiaires travailleront au sein de l’équipe de trading de taux d’intérêt, qui gère des produits dérivés de taux pour des clients institutionnels et d’entreprise.
- Acquisition de compétences : Ce programme encourage le développement de compétences en analyse quantitative et en gestion des risques.
Profil et Compétences Requises
Le candidat idéal doit :
- Être diplômé en Économie, Finance Quantitative, Mathématiques ou disciplines connexes.
- Avoir une expérience pertinente (stages ou emplois) dans le domaine des marchés financiers ou de la banque d’investissement.
- Posséder de solides compétences en MS Office, notamment Excel, et être familiarisé avec des outils d’information tels que Bloomberg ou Reuters.
- Faire preuve d’une capacité d’analyse quantitative exceptionnelle, d’une pensée rapide et d’une capacité à résoudre des problèmes sous pression.
- Être mobile à l’international et avoir une maîtrise de l’anglais (la connaissance d’une seconde langue est un atout).

- Up to 2 years from graduation or graduating in in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics or other Markets business relevant study fields
- Excellent university degree and academic records
- Relevant work/internship experience in Markets area, Investment Banking, Fund Management, Macroeconomic Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Investment Consultancy or Client Advisory area
- Understanding of products, applications, models and risk management for Corporate Clients
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with information providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Thomson Reuters, Murex, etc.
- Trading & Treasury profile: exceptional quantitative approach and outstanding capacity for problem solving, quick thinking and execution
- Availability for international mobility
- Confidence to take on early responsibility
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite. A second language is essential according to the location of the target position
