Description du Poste

Le Group Commodity Buyer for Services & Marketing jouera un rôle clé dans la stratégie d’approvisionnement et la supervision des achats marketing et services pour le marché allemand. Les responsabilités incluent :

• Développement et suivi des stratégies fournisseurs pour le marketing et les services.
• Gestion et réalisation de projets en Allemagne liés aux commodités de marketing et de services.
• Évaluation et sélection des fournisseurs.
• Identification de nouvelles sources d’approvisionnement et mise en œuvre optimale des stratégies de groupe.
• Atteinte des objectifs d’économies de coûts et fourniture de bénéfices financiers.
• Surveillance continue et amélioration des indicateurs de performance des fournisseurs et des achats.
• Négociations pré-contractuelles, gestion des contrats pour les commodités marketing et services.
• Gestion des workflows d’achat, y compris la création de bons de commande.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants pour être pris en considération :

• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans l’achat indirect, avec une spécialisation en services et marketing.
• Maîtrise de l’allemand à l’oral et à l’écrit, obligatoire.
• Connaissances en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
• Compétences en SAP et bonne connaissance de MS Office.
• Disponibilité pour des déplacements une fois par mois.
• Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome, compétences en négociation et communication.
• Capacité à influencer les parties prenantes internes et externes, avec de bonnes compétences en présentation.

• Support the Group Commodity Buyers for Marketing & Services in the development and monitoring of their supplier strategies for Germany.
• Create, realise and manage Projects in Germany for the Commodities Marketing & Services.
• Evaluation and selection of suppliers.
• Identification of new sources of procurement and ensure the optimal implementation of commodity group strategies .
• Meet cost savings targets and deliver financial benefits.
• Continual monitoring and improvement of supplier and purchasing KPIs.
• Responsibility for pre contract, contract negotiations and contract management for the commodities Marketing & Services.
• Handling of the various purchasing workflows including the creation of purchase orders.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the indirect purchasing area with a focus on services and marketing.
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing is mandatory.
• Good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of SAP and a good knowledge of MS Office will be required.
• Willingness to travel approximately once a month .
• The ability to work independently, good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, good presentation skills.
