Le poste de GTAP Circular Economy Services (CES) Operations Manager implique une collaboration étroite avec plusieurs équipes, notamment le service des ventes, le bureau de gestion de projets et le développement de produits. Exigences du poste
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent :
– Posséder un diplôme pertinent, de préférence en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou dans un domaine équivalent.
– Justifier d’une expérience significative en gestion de projets et en développement de solutions, avec au moins 5 années dans un domaine similaire.
– Avoir une expertise en gestion du cycle de vie des produits électroniques et en amélioration des processus à travers plusieurs régions.
– Maîtriser l’analyse de données opérationnelles et posséder une bonne connaissance des systèmes de fulfillment.

Who You’ll Work With The Circular Economy Specialist will work closely with the Lenovo sales team, Project Management Office, Business Transformation, Product Offering Development, and the customer to ensure Lenovo operates and delivers capabilities to support the EMEA circular economy initiative. About Our Team The Lenovo Sustainability Services Organization focuses to reduce the impact of products on the environment by applying business intelligence to maximize reuse and recovery across the product lifecycle. In addition, the Sustainability Services team works with the cross functional organizations to maximize the valuation and extend the lifecycle of assets to provide incremental residual value to Lenovo’s Customers. What You’ll Do This position will evaluate market trends and the various voices of the customer (Internal and External) to develop additional circular economy capabilities specific to Asia Pacific to accelerate service attach that ultimately solves various customer’s pain points through the device lifecycle. In addition, this position will collaborate with the various cross functional teams to support the fulfillment processes that support the go to market strategies to deliver assets entering the secondary life cycle of the asset. The Circular Economy Specialist will be responsible for developing and communicating to the various sales organizations and cross functional teams a creative circular economy solution for customers to drive positive value-add, return-on-investments, and lower the total cost of ownership of their assets while positioning Lenovo’s other services product offering. In order to help secure market growth and increase customer satisfaction, this position will ensure offerings and orders flow through the Lenovo process from customer acceptance to financial completion. This means understanding, controlling, and ensuring the Lenovo fulfilment processes deliver and track across multiple systems. Position Requirements: Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo vendors to analyze customer processes and environments and provide circular economy expertise and overall solution recommendations. Creates business case collateral to be leveraged to assist product offering development. Educate customers and internal stakeholders on circular economy services. Engage as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on circular economy solutions. Challenge existing processes to ensure delivery of the best solution for the customer. Governs and supports the end to end executional and fulfillment processes to deliver assets into the next life cycle of that asset. Collaborate with the Business and Digital Transformation teams on IT development needed to launch new capabilities and fulfillment processes. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of certifications, technology, tools and toolsets in the industry. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business equivalent. Must have experience in project management, product lifecycle management, customer and vendor contracting. Experience with electronic product end of life management. Experience with process improvements across multiple regions within an organization. Vendor management and running an effective business management system. Strong ability to produce, leverage and interpret big data sets and operationalize for decision making. Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired result. Must have 5+ years’ experience in solution development, business development, project management and/or services operations experience. Strong excel skills SAP experience/understanding an advantage.
