Sous la supervision du Responsable des Opérations, le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de la gestion des opérations, veillant à leur efficacité et conformité avec les normes établies. L’objectif est d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des programmes pays, tout en respectant les règles et régulations en vigueur.
Principales Activités
Les missions principales incluent, sans s’y limiter :
- Planification de bureau : Organisation et supervision des activités de bureau.
- Gestion des biens : Suivi de l’inventaire et des besoins matériels.
- Gestion financière : Tenue des fichiers financiers pour les projets, rédaction de rapports périodiques et préparation de budgets.
- Correspondance et communication : Rédaction de documents administratifs et gestion des contacts téléphoniques.
- Support administratif : Coordination des services de transport et gestion des réservations d’hôtel.
Exigences et Compétences
Pour être un(e) défenseur(e) des droits de l’enfant au sein d’UNICEF, voici les qualifications requises :
Exigences minimales :
- Éducation : Diplôme de niveau secondaire achevé.
- Expérience professionnelle : Minimum de cinq années d’expérience dans la gestion de bureau, la finance ou des domaines similaires.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’espagnol et de l’anglais.
Atouts souhaités :
- Cours universitaires en comptabilité, administration des affaires, ou gestion financière.
- Expérience de travail dans un pays en développement ou en situation d’urgence.

- Office Planning
- Property management
- Maintains financial records for projects or other office accounts for which responsibility is assigned.
- Prepares recurring reports on assigned accounts, noting problems resulting from excess cost or less-than-expected receipts. Prepares special reports to clarify problems or for other reasons.
- Calculates and compiles cost estimates and projected budget requirements and assists in preparation of budget statements for area of assignment.
- Prepares routine correspondence and maintains personal and telephone contacts with others to discuss matters concerning accounts, and related assignments.
- Maintains contact with local banks to clarify questions pertaining to office bank accounts.
- Briefs and assists newly arrived international staff, experts and consultants on basic financial procedures and requirements with respect to payments, entitlements, banking and currency provisions and other requirements relating to accounts and finance.
- Makes hotel reservations and administrative arrangements for special events.
- Classifies and codes material relating to a number of subject-matter areas and maintains general office files for the Operations Section.
- Organizes and coordinates internal and external transportation needs for the office, assigning driver and vehicle as needed, and depending on availability.

- Work Experience: At least five (5) years of progressively work experience in office management, finance, accounting, ICT, supply.
