Le Head of Enterprise Architecture est chargé de la mise en œuvre du cadre stratégique de l’entreprise, englobant l’analyse, la conception et l’intégration des ressources informationnelles, y compris les infrastructures, applications et données. L’architecture d’entreprise (EA) est définie comme un plan directeur conceptuel qui détermine la structure et le fonctionnement des organisations. L’objectif principal de ce rôle sera de garantir que l’organisation puisse atteindre efficacement ses objectifs actuels et futurs.

Responsabilités Principales

Gestion d’équipe

  • Leadership visionnaire : Favoriser une culture collaborative et innovante.
  • Mentorat : Coacher les architectes de solution pour un développement professionnel optimal.
  • Évaluation des performances : Réaliser des assessments réguliers et mettre en œuvre des plans d’amélioration.

Formation et Mise en Œuvre de Stratégie

  • Collaboration inter-services : Développer des stratégies d’architecture d’entreprise en lien avec les objectifs globaux de l’organisation.
  • Mise à jour des pratiques : Rester informé des tendances de l’industrie pour faire évoluer l’architecture d’entreprise.

Portefeuille d’Applications Entreprises

  • Optimisation : S’assurer que le portefeuille d’applications évolue en adéquation avec les autres architectures.
  • Standards et Guidelines : Fournir des normes réutilisables pour les projets de développement d’applications.

Support en Architecture d’Entreprise

  • Évaluation de l’architecture actuelle : Identifier les duplications et les processus non efficaces.
  • Planification de la transition : Créer une feuille de route pour passer de l’état actuel à l’état futur souhaité.

Centricité Client

  • Relations professionnelles : Établir et maintenir des relations positives avec les partenaires commerciaux et les clients.
  • Processus de service : Exécuter des processus de service cohérents à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

Compétences et Qualifications

Compétences Comportementales :

  • Sens technique, attention aux détails, approche client, capacité d’analyse, gestion de conflit, entre autres.

Formation :

  • Diplôme de bachelor en informatique ou systèmes d’information requis, avec une expérience équivalente nécessaire. Certification TOGAF appréciée.

Expérience :

  • Plus de 8 ans dans un rôle d’Architecte d’Entreprise et plus de 10 ans dans le rôle d’Architecte de Solution. Une connaissance des cadres de gouvernance des technologies de l’information, tels que COBIT et ITIL, est essentielle.
