  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of factory affairs and facility management across our three existing factories in Thailand, with responsibility to oversee the planning and construction of a new site.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of several dozen staff members in the facility and construction department, including engineers, maintenance personnel, and contractors.
  • Oversee cleanroom standards, equipment utilities, HVAC, power systems, and environmental controls to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive project planning, execution, and budget control for factory expansion, renovation, and maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure compliance with international facility standards and safety regulations.
  • Support cross-border communication and report to upper management in Chinese and English.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of experience in facility management, factory construction, or related engineering roles, with prior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with cleanroom environments and manufacturing utilities is required.
  • 0-1 year experience in Thailand is acceptable, but must be open to relocation and long-term assignment in Bangkok.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing timelines, costs, and quality of factory-related CAPEX projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (Thai language is not required).
  • Proven ability to work in multicultural, multi-site environments with a global mindset.
  • Experience in semiconductor, optoelectronics, or high-tech industries with cleanroom operations.
  • Familiar with local regulations or construction procedures in Southeast Asia is a plus.
