Le rôle principal du Head of Finance est d’assurer l’intégrité financière des opérations d’AVEVA sur le marché japonais, en gérant les finances des filiales et en collaborant étroitement avec une petite équipe interne et un centre de services partagé situé à Kuala Lumpur, Malaisie.
Responsabilités clés
- Partenariat commercial : Agir en tant que partenaire de confiance des leaders commerciaux, en évaluant la performance financière, en participant aux prévisions et au processus budgétaire.
- Soutien financier : Participer aux évaluations et à la structuration des négociations commerciales, garantissant la reconnaissance des revenus et la conformité des rapports.
- Gestion des coûts : Superviser les coûts du marché et de la fonction financière, tout en assurant une robustesse dans les contrôles internes.
- Team Management : Être responsable du recrutement, de la formation et de la gestion de la performance de l’équipe financière.
- Conformité de groupe : Assurer le respect des politiques comptables et des normes de contrôle interne.
- Trésorerie : Gérer les relations bancaires locales et veiller à la prévision des flux de trésorerie.
- Suivi des revenus : Travailler avec le directeur des revenus et superviser l’exactitude des revenus enregistrés.
Profil idéal
Candidat recherché avec un diplôme en comptabilité ou en finance et au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans le secteur, de préférence avec une qualification CA ou CPA. Les compétences essentielles incluent :
- Excellente connaissance des concepts financiers et des principes comptables.
- Capacité à communiquer des informations financières à des personnes non financières.
- Esprit stratégique, capable de voir les implications commerciales des données.
- Sens du service client, avec une approche proactive dans la gestion des demandes.
