Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de superviser l’organisation du programme scolaire, d’élaborer des initiatives politiques et d’encadrer des discussions pédagogiques visant à enrichir les expériences d’apprentissage des étudiants. Le Head of ICT and Innovation collaborera étroitement avec les équipes de gestion et du personnel administratif, assurant ainsi la coordination des programmes d’enseignement.

Operating in a whole school capacity, the Head of ICT and Innovation will lead a dynamic and experienced team of ICT and Innovation teachers consisting of both Chinese and International teachers. A strong curriculum offering is complemented by our extensive house and co-curricular program, requiring coordination with other staff supporting the ICT programme.The Head of ICT and Innovation fulfills several important management roles. This person is responsible for the effective organization of the curriculum program and contributes directly to formation of and reflection upon policy initiatives. This includes learning the department through curriculum conversations to enhance the learning experiences and learning spaces for all students.Working in close partnership with management and administrative staff, the Head of ICT and Innovation has oversight over all teaching within the department through the coordination of schemes of work and the publishing of a comprehensive subject handbook. The Head of ICT and Innovation also participates in the selection, appointment, review and appraisal of all departmental staff.BackgroundWuxi Dipont School of Arts and Science was founded with the strong support of the Wuxi local government, through a partnership between two world-leading schools – Nanjing Foreign Language School, China and King’s College School, Wimbledon, UK – all of whom aimed to build a “school of the future” which focuses on providing well-rounded education. - Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Excited about teaching EAL learners throughout the age-range we offer (G1-12)
- 2+ years of good quality post-qualification experience
