This role requires a hands-on leader who has experience in the following:

• Building & deploying operational frameworks for policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the bank is providing a « customer first » approach and staying abreast of regulatory requirements (FCA Rules, Data Protection, AML etc).

We need someone who is a confident communicator, that can work in high tempo environments and be able to make & execute strategic decisions quickly.This role will be working as the « right hand » of the COO, ensuring the operation is ran with the utmost integrity.What can this role give you?You will have direct access to the c-suite, working with some of the best and brightest minds in the industry, the opportunity to learn is HUGE!You will be paid fairly for the role, with Bonus & Pension.
