• Building up, leading and continuously developing the GBS Cyber Security team.
• Establishing the business relationship with HQ Cyber Security teams as well as MOL Group businesses and deliver the Cyber Security strategy through MOL Group.
• Responsible for the people / organizational management within the GBS Cyber Security unit by defining goals and development plans for the leaders / organization, providing frequent feedback to direct reports and control performance and resource management. In charge to improve the employee engagement within the information security GBS unit.
• Oversees and approves the planning and execution of projects related the information security and ensures their timely and in-budget delivery.
• Partner with the respective Group HQ organization, HQ IT domain leaders as well as GBS teams to update and finalize and deliver the planned Cyber Security projects.
• Aligns information security framework with business strategy and objectives and creates group-wide standards.
• Own and manage the delivery of the agreed Cyber Security projects based on the standard methodology and look ways how to improve the efficiency further.
• Accountable for supervising and checking the development of the cyber security systems, supporting the business activities of the MOL Group.
• Look for ways how to improve the efficiency in the cyber security service operations.
• Oversee and manage any Cyber Security incidents across the Group.
• Supervise and manage the work with project teams and other departments to provide technical consultancy to meet specific cyber security assurance requirements in accordance with business requirements.
• Works with other IT areas to integrate security countermeasures and practices from the design phase of a technology or solution.
• Partner with the GBS leader to manage the GBS transformation and be crucial part of the change
• management.

Main requirements:

• University degree in matematics or computer science or engineering, information security
• Minimal of 8-10+ years professional experience in team management and in project work
• Excellent individual / interpersonal management skills with structural thinking and analysis approach
• Participation in projects and cooperation.
• Result oriented and able to work based on plans
• Communication skills – the ability to communicate well in English verbally and in written form, Influencing and negotiation skills
• Generic hardware and software knowledge Thorough understanding of systems and industry-specific business applications
• Corporate governance toolset and business-related applications/system knowledge
• English is at business level
• Driving licence
