Drive compliance, license acquisition, and AI-fueled customer relations in a dynamic fintech atmosphere.The positionHead of Legal & Compliance – FinlandAs part of our exciting expansion into the Finnish market we are now seeking a proactive and solution-oriented legal expert to step into the role of Head of Legal and Compliance in Helsinki.This crucial role focuses on acquiring the collection license in Finland and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate the acquisition of the collection license for coeo Perintä Oy in Finland.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish laws and continually enhance operational procedures.
• Develop internal guidelines related to legal and collection procedures.
• Contribute to internal training and develop practical tools to strengthen compliance.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, partners and authorities.
• Provide legal insights and support for business decisions and negotiations.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law or business, or a credit degree from Rastor-instituutti.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within credit and financial transactions.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is advantageous.
• Possess strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and collaborative attitude with high integrity and professional maturity.
