Responsabilités

Les missions principales du Head of Logistics incluent :

Communiquer activement avec les transporteurs existants tout en recherchant de nouveaux partenaires offrant des services de transport de qualité (aérien, routier, maritime).
Négocier les conditions de transport avec les transporteurs.
Enregistrer de manière opportune les informations relatives au mouvement des cargaisons et assurer le suivi du transport.
Planifier et exécuter le transport international et la distribution des biens de manière efficace.
Collaborer avec les courtiers en douane pour assurer l’exécution des procédures d’export/import.
Préparer les cargaisons d’import/export ainsi que la documentation associée.
Organiser et superviser des projets logistiques complexes et de haute importance impliquant un transport multimodal.

Profil recherché

Pour ce poste, FL Technics recherche des candidats possédant les qualifications suivantes :

*Diplôme supérieur ou avancé* (de préférence en logistique/supply chain ou en gestion des transports).
Maîtrise de l’anglais et *courant en espagnol*, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Au moins *cinq ans d’expérience* dans un poste similaire.
Capacité à porter attention aux détails, *volonté d’apprentissage*, sens logique, compétences en communication et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
Expérience en transport aérien : atout majeur.
Cognition des matières dangereuses, avec des certifications *IATA DGR* et *ADR* étant un avantage fort.
Connaissance des régulations du commerce international et *conformité* (INCOTERMS, règles douanières).

FL Technics is part of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider.With the opening of our new hangar in Punta Cana, we are actively seeking exceptional individuals to join our MRO family and now we are looking for the experienced Head of Logistics.YOUR TASKS:

Actively communicate with existing carriers and search for new ones capable of providing high-quality transport services (air/road/sea).
Negotiate transport conditions with carriers.
Timely record cargo movement information and ensure cargo transport monitoring.
Plan and execute international transport and distribution of goods or materials in the most efficient way.
Work with customs brokers, providing instructions for the execution of export/import procedures.
Prepare import/export cargoes and accompanying documentation.
Organize and oversee complex, high-importance logistics projects involving multimodal transport.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Higher or advanced education (preferably in logistics/supply chain, transport management).
Proficiency in English along with Spanish language fluency (spoken and written).
At least 5 years of similar work experience.
Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, logical thinking, quick orientation skills, responsibility, strong communication skills, ability to work independently.
Experience with air cargo transportation is an advantage.
Experience in handling dangerous goods, with valid IATA DGR (air transport) and ADR (road transport) certifications being a strong advantage.
Compliance Knowledge: Good understanding of international trade regulations and compliance (INCOTERMS, customs rules).
