Are you ready for a new beginning? At Novonesis, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as the Head of Sales for Animal Biosolutions in the APAC region. Our mission is to use biology as a tool to tackle some of humanity’s most pressing challenges. En tant que responsable des ventes, vous serez au cœur de nos initiatives stratégiques, collaborant étroitement avec des clients influents tels que des meuniers, des intégrateurs et des partenaires de distribution. Votre rôle consistera à offrir des solutions en enzymes alimentaires et en probiotiques qui améliorent la santé animale, l’efficacité et la durabilité.
Enjeu et Impact :
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez chargé de :
- Planification stratégique : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans pour renforcer la présence de Novonesis sur le marché et élargir notre base de clients.
- Gestion des ventes : Diriger l’équipe régionale de vente et de vente technique pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Développement commercial : Identifier et saisir les opportunités de croissance et les tendances du marché.
- Relations client : Établir et maintenir des liens solides avec des clients clés et des parties prenantes.
- Surveillance opérationnelle : Superviser les opérations quotidiennes, le budget et les indicateurs de performance pour la région.
Expérience requise :
Les candidats doivent avoir :
- Un minimum de 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en ventes, développement commercial ou gestion commerciale dans l’industrie de la santé animale.
- Une qualification reconnue en agriculture, production animale, médecine vétérinaire, ou un domaine connexe.
- De solides compétences en stratégie, leadership, et gestion d’équipe.
- D’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Une connaissance approfondie de l’industrie de la santé animale et des dynamiques du marché.

In this role, you will lead relationships with some of the region’s largest and most influential customers-feed millers, integrators, premixes, and distribution partners-delivering feed enzyme and probiotic solutions that drive animal health, performance, efficiency, and sustainability. Together, we deliver impactful solutions in feed enzymes, probiotics, and silage inoculants-always with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and sustainability. Our strong team spirit and culture reflect the values we live every day: we care, we explore, we impact, and we take ownership In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Novonesis’ market presence and customer base in APAC Sales Management: Lead and manage the regional sales and technical-sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and market trends within the region. Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for the region. Potentially Relevant Experience Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the animal health and nutrition industry. Recognized qualification in agriculture, livestock production, veterinary medicine, animal science or a related field Strong business acumen, strategic planning, leadership, and team management skills.
