Description du poste : We are Everstar, the first recruitment agency dedicated to help Ukrainian miltech companies in hiring top talents.Currently, we’re seeking Head of Sales for our client. They are one of the largest Ukrainian developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.Their products are already helping our defenders effectively achieve their goals and save lives. Now the company is actively growing to be able to provide the Ukrainian army with more technological solutions.The company is based in Kyiv, but they also offer opportunities for remote collaboration from abroad.Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of an international sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in global markets.
  • Building partnerships with international government and commercial organizations to promote the company’s products in the global market.
  • Conducting high-level negotiations with key clients and strategic partners on contract agreements, defining cooperation terms, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Coordinating and overseeing all stages of international sales, including the preparation of commercial proposals, participation in international tenders, compliance with export regulations, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Building and leading the sales team, driving training initiatives and motivation programs to maximize performance.
  • Designing and adjusting international pricing strategies based on market dynamics and export requirements.
  • Driving close collaboration with R&D to align products with international customer expectations and global safety standards.
  • Evaluating and minimizing legal, financial, and reputational risks in international contract negotiations.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience managing international sales, with a focus on European and North American markets.
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams, including building efficient processes and driving team development.
  • Relevant background in the defense and B2G sectors.
  • Proven track record in high-level negotiations with corporate clients and military organization representatives.
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills for engaging with clients, government officials, and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in lobbying and strategically promoting companies within the defense contracting sector.
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-responsibility, fast-paced environments.
