Votre rôle
Le rôle principal de l’Expert en Santé et Sécurité sera de garantir que les opérations quotidiennes de l’entreprise respectent pleinement les normes de santé et de sécurité. Cela inclut :
- La mise en œuvre et la coordination de stratégies fonctionnelles selon les responsabilités spécifiées, telles que la certification ISO 45001.
- La gestion des rapports de Santé et Sécurité, en collaboration avec les responsables nationaux.
- La réalisation d’inspections régulières pour assurer l’application des politiques de Santé et Sécurité.
- L’évaluation et la gestion des risques pour minimiser les dangers potentiels.
- L’organisation et le contrôle des vérifications supplémentaires nécessaires, conformément à la législation nationale.
Vos responsabilités
Les responsabilités essentielles comprennent :
- Coordonner les rapports de Santé et Sécurité, en surveillant les indicateurs clés de performance.
- Effectuer des évaluations des risques et définir des mesures préventives.
- Développer et valider des améliorations des processus QSHE.
- Émettre des directives de travail en matière de sécurité et réaliser un plan de formation annuelle QSHE pour les sites logistiques.
Compétences et expériences requises
Les qualifications minimales incluent :
- Certification en tant qu’Addetto Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione Aziendale (ASPP).
- Une connaissance solide des règlements de santé et de sécurité est essentielle.
- Une expérience dans le secteur de la santé est souhaitée.
- Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication fortes, avec la capacité de former et d’influencer autrui.
- Maîtrise avancée de l’anglais et de l’italien, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

QSHE is the Functional Unit that commits to quality, health, safety and environment. Ensures day-to-day operations and actions are delivered in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies, to avoid harm to our people, environment and communities in which we operate. Is part of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Department and owns accountability for the implementation and management of SH standards, while monitoring adherence, training employees, evaluating and preventing risks. Provides advice and administrative assistance within the Business Unit in all matters related to Health & Safety, according to company nomination letter as “Addetto Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione Aziendale” (ASPP) and related tasks stated by article 33 Italian Law Decree 81/2008. In order to cover the role, the certificate as « Addetto Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione Aziendale » (ASPP)/ »Responsabile Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione Aziendale » (RSPP) is required.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and coordinate functional strategies and standards within given area of responsibility (e.g. ISO 45001 certification, Modello Organizzativo e Gestionale adopted by Kuehne+Nagel Italy acc. to Law Decree 231/01)
- Coordinate and handle Health & Safety reporting, monitoring Safety KPIs on monthly basis in cooperation with National
QSHE Manager/RSPP and National QSHE Health & Safety Manager * Carry out regular site inspections to check and ensure company Safety & Health policies and procedures are properly implemented and applied
- Address responsibilities for Safety & Health matters within the Business Unit and the given area, to prevent risks and incidents
- Handle Health & Safety risk assessment (identification, evaluation, definition of the measures to be adopted) to mitigate potential hazards
- Initiate gap analysis, develop, improve and validate QSHE process improvements, CAPA and training material
- Organize and control of additional required Safety and Health checks according to national laws, focusing on Italian Legislative Decree n.81/2008
- Issue Safety Working Instructions, roll-out and conduct of annual Health & Safety QSHE-related Training Plan for respective Contract Logistics sites in cooperation with National QSHE Team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Certified Safety & Health Trainer, qualified under art. 37 D.lgs 81/08.
- Preferred: Certified Safety & Health Working Equipment Trainer, as per art. 73 D.lgs 81/08.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Health and Safety experienced in healthcare company is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Italian (written and verbal).
