Présentation du Poste
En tant que High Voltage Contract Manager, vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de l’unité commerciale High Voltage pour les opérations en Europe du Nord. Ce poste exige une approche analytique, pratique et autonome, avec pour mission de garantir la bonne gestion des contrats pendant les phases d’appel d’offres et d’exécution des projets.
Responsabilités Clés :
- Assurer la conformité des contrats en suivant les méthodologies de gestion des contrats et des réclamations selon les procédures internes.
- Évaluer et commenter les termes et conditions techniques et commerciaux des offres. Élaborer une stratégie contractuelle pour l’Europe du Nord, basée sur les politiques d’Hitachi Energy.
- Identifier les lignes de base contractuelles et signaler les risques potentiels. Garantir l’exécution précise des aspects commerciaux des contrats.
- Vérifier le respect des obligations contractuelles par les parties prenantes et évaluer les leçons à retirer pour la future contractualisation.
- Analyser les termes des contrats principaux pour identifier les opportunités et les risques.
- Soutenir les unités commerciales locales en fournissant des conseils sur les questions juridiques et contractuelles.
- Organiser des formations contractuelles et interagir directement avec les clients internes et externes.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Un diplôme en droit ou équivalent.
- Une expérience solide en gestion de contrats dans l’exécution de projets EPC ou d’installations industrielles.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de contrats sur site, de préférence.
- La maîtrise du suédois et une capacité de négociation en anglais, toute autre langue étant un atout.
- Une expérience avec des équipes internationalement diversifiées et des partenaires contractuels internationaux.
- Une connaissance des enjeux de gestion du changement et des questions légales liées aux contrats.

- Ensures the portfolio of contracts in the business follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with internal standard procedures
- Reviews and comments on commercial and technical tender terms and conditions. Develops contract strategy for Norther Europe based on Hitachi Energy’s policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy taking into account risk, pricing, scope, and schedule
- Identifies the contract baseline (including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlights areas of potential risk. Ensures timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts (i.e. payments, claims, variation orders, warranties, provisions, guarantees, etc.). Attends Risk Review for the Nordic Region and is accountable to fulfill contracts Golden rules and to meet highest contractual standards
- Verifies that both parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and there are no responsibilities outstanding. Assesses success of the contract and determines if there are any lessons learned for future contracting. Documents and communicates to all appropriate parties any deficiencies found as part of the closeout process
- Analyses prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts, as work proceeds. Seeks advice from Legal to draft, negotiate and finalize agreements during the Sales and Project Execution phases
- Performing the overall analysis of incoming claims (Customers, Suppliers/Subcontractors and Consortium Partners), development of defense strategies, preparing response/correspondences, counterclaims, and related project claims strategies for Norther Europe
- Analyze legal issues requested by local business units and local group functions and provide general contractual advice and support.
- Deliver contractual training; and be able to deal directly with internal clients and external parties
Your background
- Degree in Law or equivalent
- Extensive experience in Contract Management functions and processes in project execution of EPC energy projects or similar industrial plants
- Contract Managers or legal advisor with Site Contract Management experience of more than 5 years will be preferred
- Fluency in Swedish with proficiency to negotiate in English. Any other language is an advantage
- Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners
- Solid experience change management, claim management and contract-related legal issues and the possible effects in the relevant areas of responsibility regarding proposal stage and/or project execution
- Behavior and dealing with foreign cultures (Ethical Conduct) living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
