Titre du poste : Resident Works Supervisor I (Référence : FLN_RWSI(C))
Ce poste est associé au projet de Fanling North New Development Area, visant à améliorer les infrastructures de la région à travers des travaux de formation de site et d’infrastructures. Les tâches incluent :
- Formation des terrains et investigations géotechniques
- Construction de routes et améliorations des intersections
- Édification de barrières antibruit et de surfaces routières à faible bruit
- Accomplissement de travaux auxiliaires incluant ponts piétonniers, chemins, systèmes de drainage et travaux d’aménagement paysager.
Exigences du poste
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- *Titulaire d’un certificat en ingénierie civile ou discipline équivalente.*
- *Posséder une formation de technicien reconnue ou une expérience de travail de 5 ans dans un domaine pertinent.*
- *Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience post-diplôme ou dans un rôle équivalent dans des projets de travaux publics.*
- *Compétences linguistiques en chinois et en anglais équivalentes à un niveau secondaire 3 ou supérieur.*

Conditions de travail
Les candidats retenus travailleront selon un contrat à durée déterminée, avec des horaires irréguliers, incluant des weekends et jours fériés. Des déplacements à l’étranger pour des missions de supervision peuvent être nécessaires.

📝 Description du poste : Job DescriptionCivil Engineering and Development DepartmentFanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase:Site Formation and Infrastructure WorksAtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract, Contract No. ND/2024/07, was commenced in July 2024 and the second contract, Contract No. ND/2024/08, will be commenced in 2025 second half of the year tentatively.Resident Works Supervisor I (Civil) (Ref No.: FLN_RWSI(C))Candidates should have:
- Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
- Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
- Successfully completed a recognised craft apprenticeship with 2 years’ of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; and
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant post qualification experience; or
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
- Attained level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.
