Description du Poste
Le poste de Resident Senior Technical Officer est proposé dans le cadre du projet Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase, qui se concentre sur des travaux d’infrastructure tels que la formation de sites, les routes, ainsi que des installations annexes comme des ponts pour piétons et des systèmes d’éclairage. Le projet inclut :
- Formation de terrains et enquête géotechnique.
- Construction de routes et amélioration des intersections.
- Édification de barrières anti-bruit et revêtements routiers à faible bruit.
- Travaux annexes tels que les pistes cyclables, l’aménagement paysager, et les installations électriques.
Conditions et Exigences
Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Éducation : Diplôme ou certificat équivalent en ingénierie civile ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Un minimum de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente après qualification, ou équivalent en tant que Resident Technical Officer dans des projets de travaux publics.
- Compétences : Expérience en BIM (modélisation de l’information du bâtiment) est un atout.
- Langues : Niveau 2 ou plus en chinois et en anglais selon les normes HKDSEE/HKCEE.

📝 Description du poste : Job DescriptionCivil Engineering and Development DepartmentFanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase:Site Formation and Infrastructure WorksAtkinsRéalis Asia Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff positions under the project for Fanling North New Development Area, Remaining Phase: Site Formation and Infrastructure Works. The works comprise site formation of lands and ground investigation within Fanling North New Development Area (FLN NDA), construction of at-grade roads connecting FLN NDA to Fanling Highway and associated junction/road improvements, construction of noise barriers and low noise road surfacing, and ancillary works including footbridges, footpaths, cycle tracks, lighting, traffic aids, sewage pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, water mains, landscaping works, slope works and electrical and mechanical works. The first contract, Contract No. ND/2024/07, was commenced in July 2024 and the second contract, Contract No. ND/2024/08, will be commenced in 2025 second half of the year tentatively.Resident Senior Technical Officer (Ref No.: FLN_RSTO)Candidates should have:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
- Minimum 7 years’ of relevant post qualification experience; or
- Minimum 7 years’ of relevant experience as Resident Technical Officer or equivalent in public works projects of those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; and
- Relevant BIM project experience is preferable.
- Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE / HKCEE or equivalent.
Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.Applicants may also consider to refer the other requirement of the above opening(s) stipulated in Appendix 7.4 of « Management Handbook for Direct Employment of Resident Site Staff by Consultants for Public Works Projects » from the webpage of Development Bureau.The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the above posts.Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing Government’s conditions and terms applicable for Resident Site Staff.
