Responsabilités Principales
- Collaborer avec une équipe mondiale pour établir un standard global de contrôle des risques.
- Assurer la mise en œuvre et l’exécution des contrôles.
- Veiller à la conformité continue avec les politiques et normes de l’entreprise.
- Analyser les incidents de risque opérationnel, y compris la recherche des causes profondes.
- Contrôler la mise en œuvre des plans d’action correctives.
- Traiter les incidents en temps voulu, y compris les plaintes clients et les violations des directives d’investissement.
- Former les collègues sur les exigences liées aux contrôles et aux meilleures pratiques.
- Contribuer à la gestion des réponses aux questionnaires de due diligence et aux demandes de propositions.
- Créer et présenter des rapports de gestion.

The Global Business Controls Team is a fundamental part of strengthening our risk and control ecosystem and works closely with a variety of business partners, including sales teams, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure adherence with regulations and company policies. As APAC Business Risk and Controls AVP, you willWork collaboratively with a world-wide team that is building a globally consistent standard for Business Controls; Support the implementation and execution of controlsEnsure ongoing compliance with corporate policies, standards, and guidelinesReview and analyze Operational Risk Incidents, include root cause analysis and monitoring of remedial action plansMonitor and proactively challenge on remediation steps and corrective action plans from control review findings to implementationTimely and accurately process incidents, including customer complaints, data incidents, investment guideline breaches, and control gapsConduct fee reviews and other monitoring of fiduciary responsibilitiesProvide periodic training to Client Coverage Group colleagues on controls requirements and best practicesSupport the overall Enterprise Risk Management program and framework of State Street Investment Management and State StreetMaintain, review and update appropriate policies and proceduresAssist in the response to prospects and clients on Due-Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request-for-Proposals (RFPs)Assist in the development of management reporting reflecting an overview of risks and controlsAssist with Client Coverage Group’s End User Development Tools (EUDT) inventory and ensure compliance with Policies.Execute on key deliverables and independent projects with limited supervisionContinuously develop deep knowledge of core products, process, financial markets, technology, regulatory obligations and operating model changes; understand impact to your role and responsibilitiesCreate and deliver management reporting and presentationsRepresent the team at relevant internal meetings and forumsWhat we value
