En tant que Consultant en Management des Affaires, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique et collaborative. Ce rôle vous permettra de participer activement à divers projets, tout en approfondissant votre connaissance de la succursale de Northern Trust à Hong Kong (TNTCHK). Vous serez impliqué dans la prise de décisions stratégiques et devrez naviguer dans des contextes ambigus pour recommander des solutions. Ce poste exige des compétences de communication écrite et verbale solides pour engager les parties prenantes et garantir une responsabilisation efficace.
Responsabilités Principales
Le Consultant en Management des Affaires sera rattaché au Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) de Hong Kong et aura pour missions :
- Support à la Régime de Manager-In-Charge : Aidé à respecter les obligations et responsabilités imposées par ce régime, essentiel à la bonne gouvernance.
- Gestion de l’Externalisation des Prestataires : Accompagné dans l’exécution du programme de gestion des risques liés aux tiers, avec un accent sur l’optimisation de l’ensemble du cycle de vie des partenariats.
- Stratégies d’Affaires : Soutenir le développement d’analyses ad hoc pour une compréhension approfondie des coûts et des risques, facilitant la prise de décision.
- Gouvernance et Reporting : Assurer que toutes les pratiques de gouvernance et de gestion des risques soient conformes aux attentes légales et aux exigences commerciales.

The role of the Business Management Consultant helps ensure TNTCHK’s approach to accountability, governance, strategy and risk management remains fit for purpose and meets business and regulatory expectations.Main dutiesManager-In-Charge Regime supportWith TNTCHK operating as a Licensed Corporation in Hong Kong, the CAO Office supports MICs, Responsible Officers and Licensed representatives for guidance and support to meet their accountability obligations and responsibilities under the SFC Manager-In-Charge Regime .This role will support the ongoing maintenance of key elements of the existing MIC Framework.Service Provider OutsourcingThe CAO Office is also relied upon to provide guidance and support to meet the requirements of the corporate Third Party Risk Management Program. As we implement the Third Party Risk Management Framework in June 2024, the Business Management Consultant will support the continued adherence to all stages of the Outsourcing Lifecycle in the business as usual environment including due diligence, reviews and approvals, implementation and agreements, monitoring and reporting and managing changes to existing outsourcing arrangements.Business initiativesThe Business Management Consultant will participate in key business initiatives, playing an important support role to the CAO in working with the wider leadership team to execute on the strategic roadmap. This will include the development of ad-hoc analytics to help the business better understand and manage its costs, risks, capital usage, growth opportunities, etc to support continued business success.About you
