Le Bureau de la Durabilité Globale
Morgan Stanley a mis en place le Global Sustainability Office (GSO) qui vise à propulser la croissance de l’investissement durable à travers le développement continu de produits et solutions. Au sein du GSO, l’équipe Global Sustainable Finance (GSF) joue un rôle clé en soutenant la création de produits financiers et d’applications numériques qui répondent aux exigences des secteurs de la banque d’investissement, du trading, ainsi que de la gestion d’actifs et de patrimoine.

Le GSF Digital Products team recherche un **Directeur** basé à Budapest pour jouer un rôle clé dans la gestion de produits innovants liés à la finance durable. Ce poste inclut la responsabilité de la gestion de l’application **Morgan Stanley Impact Quotient®**, qui permet aux conseillers financiers et aux clients d’évaluer leurs portefeuilles d’investissement en fonction de leurs objectifs d’impact spécifiques.
Responsabilités
Dans ce rôle, le candidat sera chargé de :
– Développer la vision, la stratégie et la feuille de route pour les produits numériques d’investissement durable.
– Collaborer avec des stakeholders internationaux, incluant les équipes techniques, juridiques et de risque, pour lancer de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
– Appliquer des méthodologies Agile pour gérer les feuille de route de produit, les ressources et les risques.
– Traduire les besoins des utilisateurs en spécifications techniques.
– Effectuer des analyses de données afin d’orienter le développement de produits et de suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit démontrer :
– Une expérience de 4 à 6 ans dans les services financiers, la fintech ou la gestion de produits.
– Une solide expérience en tant que Product Manager ou Business Analyst, préférablement dans le secteur des services financiers.
– Une forte passion pour la durabilité, les données et la technologie.
– La capacité à travailler de manière collaborative dans un environnement interfonctionnel et à gérer plusieurs priorités.

The GSF Digital Products team is seeking a Director based in Budapest, Hungary for a Product Management role supporting the team’s incubation and execution of innovative digital sustainable finance applications and services for clients of Morgan Stanley.This role will be primarily responsible for managing Morgan Stanley Impact Quotient®, a patented application that enables financial advisors and clients to assess investment portfolios and align them with tailored impact goals, as well as other digital products over time.The candidate will collaborate closely with a team of Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and business partners to design, deliver, and manage a set of digital applications for investors and financial advisors. The candidate will be expected to move fluidly between business objectives, user needs/requirements, and technical details. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in digital product management and financial services, a passion for sustainability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.What you’ll do in the role:
-Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for sustainable investing digital products
-Partner with global stakeholders, including Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, UX, business partners and end users to execute and deliver new features
-Utilize Agile methodologies to:
-Own product roadmaps, proactively managing resources and risks
-Translate user needs into actionable technical requirements
-Write detailed User Stories enabling efficient tech delivery
-Collaborate with engineers in planning and managing technical integrations and deeply understanding dependencies across financial data systems and processes
-Extract key insights from data and user research to inform product development, track KPIs and evangelize for adoption
-Perform quantitative data analysis in support of user acceptance testing, quality assurance and data governance initiatives
-Support the development and management of additional products and featuresWhat you’ll bring to the role:
-Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of work experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Product Management
-Proven experience delivering results as a Product Manager or Business Analyst (experience with financial services is preferred)
-Passion for sustainability, data and technology
-Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies and project management tools
-Experience synthesizing complex business requirements, data flows, and processes into use cases, user stories, and test cases
-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Familiarity with data analysis tools and best practices, SQL and/or Python
-Strong attention to detail with persistence, tenacity and drive for results
