Le rôle de Business Analyst au sein des projets stratégiques consiste à soutenir l’équipe de gestion de projets stratégiques en matière de suivi financier, d’analyse et de reporting. Ce poste est fondamental pour offrir de la valeur ajoutée aux gestionnaires de projets, en assurant la transparence et l’atteinte des objectifs définis.
Responsabilités clés
- Planification et Suivi : Gérer, surveiller et rapporter l’avancement des projets stratégiques et des plans de restructuration.
- Gestion Budgétaire : Soutenir la planification budgétaire générale et le reporting des indicateurs de performance.
- Collaboration : Travailler en partenariat avec les chefs de projets pour garantir l’exactitude et la pertinence des rapports.
- Identification d’opportunités : Aider à identifier de nouvelles opportunités de projets.
- Amélioration Continue : Promouvoir des actions d’amélioration continue au sein de votre domaine de responsabilité.
- Préparation de Revues de Projets : Soutenir la préparation des Revue de Portefeuille de Projets et des présentations de direction.
Qualifications et Compétences
Qualifications :
- Titulaire d’un Diplôme de Licence en Finance, Comptabilité, Contrôle, Gestion d’Entreprise ou Économie.
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire en FP&A ou Finance Opérationnelle.
Compétences :
- Connaissance des normes US GAAP et familiarité avec Sarbanes Oxley et IFRS.
- Expérience en gestion de projets transversaux.
- Solides compétences en informatique et gestion des données, avec une préférence pour l’expérience avec SAP ERP.
- Capacités analytiques, de planification et d’organisation.
- Compétences en communication pour interagir à un niveau senior.

It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams.What you’ll do:The Business Analyst – Strategic projects supports the strategic project management & project finance team in terms of financial tracking, analysis and reporting of single projects as well as consolidated views across all projects in scope. The role acts as a business partner to the project managers and provides value-adding insights to ensure transparency and to achieve project targets. Also, the role supports in the overall steering of the total project portfolio, including business case preparation, project reporting, management presentation and scorecard tracking.
- Plan, monitor, control and report on the strategic projects / restructuring plan progress and support the monthly report out.
- General budget planning / management and business metric reporting support (incl. scorecards)
- Partnering with PMs/ Work stream leads to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness and appropriateness of the inputs / reports
- To help identify new project opportunities (develop business models and alternative scenario plans as appropriate)
- Process governance and coordination for restructuring reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement actions within the functional area of responsibility or in cross-functional projects
- To support and assist in preparation for project Gate Reviews
- To support preparation of Management Presentations
- To support the annual creation of restructuring profit plan and strategic plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (field of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business management, Economic)
- Min 3 years proven track record working in an FP&A or Operations Finance function
Skills:
- Solid understanding and experience with US GAAP, familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley & IFRS
- Leading cross business projects from finance point of view
- Strong IT application & data management skills. SAP ERP experience prefered
- Provide continuous and trustful financial support to project managers
- The role anticipates up to 10% travel and the personal flexibility and initiative to support achievement of deadlines
- Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills
- This role requires strong influencing skills, flexibility & agility and ability to communicate effectively at senior level
- Working often in emotionally challenging circumstances the role requires both empathy and demonstration of managerial courage
