Responsabilités du Poste
En tant que *Senior AI Specialist*, vous serez le lien essentiel entre les parties prenantes et le service informatique. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Estimation de projet : Établir des estimations de travail et des plans stratégiques pour la collecte des exigences.
- Analyse d’Enterprise : Évaluer les besoins commerciaux afin de justifier les investissements nécessaires.
- Gestion des exigences : Assurer que les exigences correspondent aux objectifs commerciaux et aux conceptions de solutions.
- Conception de processus métiers : Établir des processus qui répondent aux exigences, en sollicitant les retours des parties prenantes.
- Application de l’IA : Identifier comment l’intelligence artificielle peut améliorer les processus de gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
Critères de Sélection
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :
- Niveau d’études : Diplôme de premier cycle en ingénierie, informatique, gestion ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum de 7 ans dans le secteur IT ou expérience pertinente.
Compétences Requises
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Une solide compréhension des technologies d’IA et de leur application dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement.

It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams.What you’ll do:The Senior AI Specialist is the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function, leveraging expertise in business analysis to interpret business requirements into IT technical design, recommending and implementing analytic solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Main responsibilities:
- Provide estimates for project work, define business requirements planning & approach, stakeholder assessment, plan, facilitate requirements elicitation workshops/interviews, perform analysis of requirements, manage traceability of requirements through design, development and validation
- Business Analysis Planning: Plan the business analysis approach for projects, determine the deliverables, estimate business analysis effort, and determine metrics to be used to monitor the success of analysis work
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct requirements gathering activities (brainstorming, focus groups, interviews, observation, prototyping, workshops)
- Requirements Management & Communication: Assess requirements to ensure they fall within the solution scope, ensure requirements are aligned with and traceable to business objectives and solution design
- Enterprise Analysis: Evaluate the business need, problem or opportunity to justify the investment necessary to deliver the solution, assess the capability of the IT organization to leverage in developing a solution, and determine the most feasible solution.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze, prioritize and organize requirements to ensure efforts focus on the most critical needs, model requirements to demonstrate process and or solution function, and validate that the requirements support the delivery of value.
- Business Process Design: Design end to end business processes to fit requirements, soliciting input from numerous key stakeholders and consider both IT and business input, such as governance
- Solution Assessment: Review and evaluate IT solution designs to ensure the proposed solution meets the business requirements, accounting for cross business needs and operations outside of the US
- Validation: Coordinate the approach and development of use cases and test scenarios with the customer to ensure integration and/or user acceptance testing is complete and validates that project requirements have been achieved
- Analyze product Supply Chain Management processes and identify areas where AI can be applied to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define and develop AI-driven solutions to address identified opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies.
- Provide training and support to team members on AI tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Preferred degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or related field
- 7 years in IT or relevant work experience
Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in Supply Chain
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Supply Chain, Logistics or technology environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Palantir, DemandAI or similar
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
- Experience in assimilating Supply Chain data in ERP, Planning and Project Management tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position will often work with other business analysts, project managers and business teams on a regular basis
- Good team-oriented interpersonal skills. Assists with facilitation sessions, may require some coaching on how to lead and influence others, and to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people
- Good team player, self-motivated and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
