- Apporter un soutien technique aux ingénieurs de premier niveau.
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes sous-jacents.
- Contribuer à la recherche des causes racines de problèmes complexes.
- Être ouvert à l’apprentissage de nouvelles technologies et à relever des défis.

- Capacité à communiquer efficacement tout en adaptant le message en fonction de l’audience.
- Compétence à analyser divers aspects d’une situation ou d’un problème.
- Attention méticuleuse aux détails pour assurer une haute qualité des résultats.
Compétences professionnelles
- Compréhension approfondie des technologies : LAN, WAN, WLAN, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, IPSEC.
- Niveau avancé en dépannage de bout en bout.
- Certifications CISCO CCNA ou CCNP, ou connaissances équivalentes.
- Expérience dans un environnement de service desk.
Compétences linguistiques
- Anglais courant requis.
- Maîtrise d’une autre langue européenne est un avantage.

- Supporting and maintaining a global network for our dedicated customer
- Working closely with design architects (TDA), project managers and other technical resolver groups
- Supporting the 1st line engineers with technical information
- Solving underlying problems
- Supporting other engineering teams to find rootcause
- Willing to learn new concepts, new technologies, accepting challenges

- Advanced level of troubleshooting end to end
