Scope de la fonction
Le rôle est axé sur le département du cadre des risques non financiers (NFR). Le programme d’évaluation des risques et des contrôles (NFRA) est destiné à définir le cadre de gouvernance à l’échelle de l’entreprise. Il vise à assurer la conformité aux normes minimales et à fournir une orientation, une formation et un soutien aux équipes à travers l’organisation.
Responsabilités clés
Dans le cadre de cette fonction, le candidat sera amené à :
- Faciliter l’achèvement du programme de gouvernance NFRA en collaborant étroitement avec les unités commerciales et les groupes d’infrastructure.
- Définir et faciliter les revues d’assurance qualité indépendantes des évaluations de risques non financiers et des contrôles.
- Contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration des politiques et procédures du programme, tout en participant à des formations connexes.
- Analyser les données sur les risques et préparer des analyses de profil de risque.
- Collaborer avec d’autres équipes au sein du cadre de risque non financier pour garantir l’efficacité des programmes de gouvernance.
Exigences du poste
Les candidats doivent avoir entre quatre et sept ans d’expérience dans le secteur des services financiers, de préférence avec une expertise dans les produits bancaires, d’investissement et de trading. Les compétences suivantes sont essentielles :
- Compétences en évaluation des risques, processus et contrôles.
- Compréhension technique du cadre réglementaire des services financiers.
- Compétences analytiques, en communication et en gestion des risques.
- Une solide maîtrise d’Excel et des compétences en analyse de données.
- Baccalauréat requis (B.A., B.S. ou équivalent).

LCD is made up of the Legal, Regulatory Relations, and Non-Financial Risk departments which preserve the firm’s invaluable reputation for integrity and protect the firm from sanctions with policies and procedures that are designed to meet regulatory requirements around the world. We also strive to maintain cooperative relationships with governmental policy makers and the regulatory and self-regulatory agencies that govern the firm’s businesses.The role is within the Non-Financial Risk Framework Department.
Non-Financial Risk is the risk of economic, reputational, regulatory, financial reporting, and client impact from failed or inadequate processes, data, or controls; from system changes, failures, disruption or other infrastructure and environmental factors; or from intentional or inadvertent actions of employees, contingents, or external parties.The NFR Risk Assessments and Controls program team defines the framework and requirements, including roles and responsibilities for the Firm-wide Non- Financial Risk Assessment and Controls Governance Programs. The team is the main point of coordination for the businesses and independent risk management teams in relation to these programs. The team monitors compliance with minimum standards, provides guidance, training, and support throughout the execution process. In addition, the team co-ordinates completion of the independent risk management review & challenge process. To perform this role successfully, a high level of interaction is required with business areas at all levels of the organization, and internally across Operational, Compliance and Financial Crimes risk.This role specifically focusses supporting the Global program lead in the day to day management of the program, as well as contributing to the definition and oversight of the strategic roadmap in partnership with divisions and support functions across the Firm.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve ourclients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the worldWhat you’ll do in the role:Facilitating the completion of the Firm’s NFRA and Controls Governance program, working closely with Business Unit and Infrastructure groups to support completion of their assessments, including communicating procedure requirements.Define and facilitate independent quality assurance reviews of the NFRA and Controls, working closely with Second Line Coverage teams across Operational Risk, Financial Crimes and Compliance.
