Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Au moins *2 ans d’expérience* en marketing B2B, de préférence dans une entreprise multinationale ou un cabinet de services professionnels.
- Une approche *innovante et créative* du marketing, avec une passion pour les idées nouvelles.
- Une maîtrise *fluent* de l’anglais et du hongrois, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Un diplôme en *économie BA/MA* avec une spécialisation en marketing.
- Une expérience *prouvée* en rédaction et création de contenu pour divers formats.
- Des compétences avancées en *Microsoft Office*.
- Excellentes compétences en *gestion du temps* et *organisation*.
- Une attention particulière aux *détails*.
- Une personnalité *positive, serviable* et orientée client.
- La connaissance de la *suite Adobe Creative* (Photoshop, InDesign) ou de Canva est un atout.
Vos Responsabilités
En tant que *Marketing Specialist*, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Fournir un soutien marketing de haut niveau aux lignes d’affaires de Deloitte Hongrie, avec un accent sur la *gestion des réseaux sociaux*, la *communication interne*, et l’**organisation d’événements**.
- Collaborer étroitement avec des professionnels seniors du marketing et d’autres spécialistes sur une variété de projets et campagnes.
- Gérer la création de *rapports et d’insights*, le traitement des factures, et d’autres responsabilités opérationnelles internes pour assurer l’exécution fluide des activités marketing.
- Coordonner la logistique des *événements*, *webinaires* et *conférences*.
- Créer des présentations visuellement attrayantes pour soutenir l’équipe marketing ou les professionnels du secteur.
- Travailler efficacement avec plus de *50 canaux et outils marketing* variés.

Working closely with various business units, you will contribute to enhancing Deloitte’s brand presence and market positioning in alignment with global standards and local market needs.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have an eye for detail, and are committed to pursue tangible business results, then you may be the right fit for our team!🟢You might be the ideal candidate if the following describes you:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing gained preferably at a multinational enterprise or professional services firm
- Innovative and creative approach to marketing, with a passion for finding fresh ideas and solutions
- Fluent English and Hungarian – both oral and written
- Economic BA/MA degree with marketing specialization
- Proven experience in copywriting and content creation for different formats and platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive, helpful and client-oriented personality
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva is an advantage
Your future role🟢
- Providing high level marketing support to Deloitte Hungary’s business lines, showcasing creativity in content marketing, social media management, internal communications, digital marketing, public relations, and event organization
- Working closely with senior marketing professionals and marketing specialists on variety of exciting projects and campaigns
- Creating reports and insights, managing invoicing processes, and handling other internal operational responsibilities, to ensure the seamless execution of marketing activities
- Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and conferences
- Creating visually compelling presentations and various supporting materials to either marketing team or to business professionals
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety (50+) of different marketing channels and tools
