This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual to lead the hospitality offering across a collection of exclusive lodges in one of South Africa’s most beautiful wilderness locations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and ensure world-class guest experiences across three lodges.Lead, mentor, and manage hospitality teams across all lodgesEnsure smooth daily operations, service excellence, and adherence to established SOPsManage front-of-house operations, beverage budgets, and supplier relationshipsPromote strong inter-departmental collaboration and guest engagementUphold the reserve’s sustainability values in alignment with the 4Cs framework (Conservation, Community, Culture, Commerce)Requirements:Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 5-star lodge or hotelDemonstrated leadership and communication skillsPassion for delivering exceptional hospitality and guest serviceHigh attention to detail with strong financial and operational awarenessProficiency in hospitality systems (PANStrat preferred)Competence in Microsoft Office applicationsFluency in English; knowledge of Afrikaans an advantageCalm and solution-focused leadership approach, with the ability to remain composed under pressureA genuine commitment to staying informed on hospitality, travel, and tourism trendsThis role is ideal for an experienced and dedicated hospitality professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in a high-end conservation-focused environment.
