Mission Principale

En tant que Hotel Manager, votre rôle sera de superviser les opérations quotidiennes du resort tout en veillant à la satisfaction des clients, à l’efficacité opérationnelle et à la performance des équipes. Vous serez le représentant clé de la marque Melia, chargé d’incarner les valeurs de l’entreprise tout en aspirant à la rentabilité et à l’excellence du service.

Responsabilités Clés

Gestion Opérationnelle :

• Coordonner les différents départements, notamment la réception, l’entretien, la restauration, et la sécurité.
• Assurer un service de qualité dans tous les points de contact avec les clients.
• Réaliser des sessions d’analyse des retours clients pour améliorer continuellement les procédures.

Expérience Client et Normes de la Marque :

• Mettre en œuvre les normes et valeurs de la marque dans toutes les opérations.
• Gérer activement les retours d’expérience clients pour maintenir une réputation élevée.
• Superviser les arrivées des clients VIP pour garantir des expériences personnalisées.

Performance Financière et Commerciale :

• Collaborer à l’élaboration du budget et des prévisions financières.
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés, tels que le GOP et le REVPAR.
• Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation des coûts et d’amélioration des revenus.

Leadership et Ressources Humaines :

• Encadrer les chefs de département pour bâtir une culture de responsabilité et d’excellence.
• Participer aux processus de recrutement et de formation pour garantir l’engagement des employés.
• Promouvoir une culture d’inclusion et de diversité au sein de l’équipe.

Qualifications Requises

Éducation :

• Licence en Management Hospitality, Administration des Affaires ou domaine connexe.

Expérience :

• Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de direction au sein d’une marque internationale 5 étoiles.

Compétences Linguistiques :

• Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit); la connaissance du vietnamien ou de l’espagnol est un plus.

Compétences Techniques et Personnelles :

• Capacité à diriger et à gérer des équipes efficacement.
• Pensée stratégique couplée à une attention aux détails opérationnels.
• Aptitudes financières et analytiques.
• Adaptabilité et intelligence émotionnelle.

Be proud to belong to Meliá as we are proud of you 😉We are looking for Hotel Manager – Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh ResortMission:As Hotel Manager of Melia Cam Ranh, your mission is to lead the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. You will act as a key representative of the Melia brand, maintaining the company’s values while driving profitability, sustainability, and service excellence. You are responsible for supporting the Cluster General Manager in executing strategic plans, managing departmental leaders, and fostering a strong service culture that enhances the guest experience and motivates team members to achieve exceptional results.Main responsibilities:Operational Management:

• Supervise and coordinate all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Spa & Recreation, Security, and other guest-facing and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery across all guest touchpoints, maintaining a strong presence in the lobby, outlets, and public areas.
• Regularly review operational procedures and guest feedback to implement continuous improvements and corrective actions.

Guest Experience & Brand Standards:

• Uphold and implement Melia brand standards, policies, and values in all departments.
• Proactively manage guest feedback and online reviews (e.g. TripAdvisor, Booking.com) to ensure a high reputation score.
• Oversee VIP arrivals and special guest arrangements to ensure personalized and memorable experiences.

Financial & Business Performance:

• Assist in developing and executing the hotel’s annual business plan, budget, and forecasting in coordination with Finance and the Cluster GM.
• Monitor departmental KPIs including GOP, REVPAR, ADR, cost ratios, and labor productivity.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost control, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Commercial Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and E-Commerce teams to support initiatives that drive occupancy, ADR, and market share.
• Represent the operational needs of the hotel in strategic meetings and participate in pricing and promotional decision-making.

Human Resources & Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and develop Heads of Departments, fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and service excellence.
• Support the Talent & Culture team in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Champion Melia’s corporate values and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all local laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee emergency procedures, crisis management planning, and operational risk mitigation.

Main requirements:Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of progressive leadership in International Brand 5 Stars
• Language: Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking combined with operational attention to detail.
• Financial and analytical acumen.
• Adaptability, emotional intelligence, and results-driven mindset.
