Responsabilités Principales

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions en tant qu’HR Data Management Associate, vos missions seront variées et comprennent :

La maintenance d’une base de données employée de haute qualité à l’aide de logiciels SAP tels que SuccessFactors et HXM.
La génération de contrats d’emploi pour les candidats et la création de profils d’employés pour les nouvelles recrues.
La gestion des transferts de données pour les employés changeant d’équipe ou de localisation.
L’assistance dans la gestion des modifications de données personnelles, y compris le statut marital et les informations bancaires, spécifiquement pour le site en Allemagne.
La mise à jour des changements de statut d’emploi, y compris promotions, changements de compensation et résiliations.
Le traitement des demandes de paiements pour les employés d’autres fonctions RH.
L’exécution de contrôles de qualité sur les données afin d’assurer leur conformité et leur exactitude.

Cette position implique également une interaction proactive avec les équipes des RH et un engagement à participer à des projets liés à l’innovation numérique et à la transformation des processus.

Profil Recherché

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder les compétences suivantes :

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Compétences en communication solides, ainsi que des aptitudes analytiques et de pensée critique.
Sens du détail et capacité à gérer des informations confidentielles avec précision.
Mentalité axée sur les résultats et la qualité.
Orientation client et sens de la gestion du temps, avec un respect pour les délais.
Compétences basiques en Microsoft Excel.
La maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire, et la connaissance de l’allemand est un atout.
