RWE Renewables Denmark A/S recherche un professionnel HSE motivé pour soutenir l’exploitation de son parc éolien offshore, Thor. Ce poste est à pourvoir dès que possible, à temps plein et de façon permanente. Le candidat idéal doit être désireux de rejoindre une équipe consacrée à l’amélioration continue tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles. Bien que le poste soit basé à terre, des déplacements en mer seront requis.

Responsabilités

  • Conseil et Appui : Fournir des conseils professionnels sur tous les sujets liés à la santé, la sécurité et l’environnement (HSE) au management de site.
  • Culture de Sécurité : Promouvoir une culture HSE élevée et un environnement de travail sain en mettant en œuvre des initiatives axées sur la sécurité comportementale et le bien-être des employés.
  • Gestion des Risques : Établir des relations avec les équipes pour réduire les risques, et assurer le respect des normes HSE.
  • Documentation : Élaborer, réviser et mettre à jour la documentation HSE nécessaire.
  • Conformité Légale : Maintenir des registres de risques HSE et s’assurer que les exigences juridiques danoises sont respectées.
  • Inspections : Effectuer des inspections régulières des lieux de travail.
  • Drills d’Urgence : Planifier et évaluer des exercices de réponse aux urgences.

Exigences et Qualifications

  • Formation : Diplôme en santé et sécurité, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans des secteurs similaires.
  • Certifications : Qualification de sécurité avancée et expérience en système de gestion HSE certifiable souhaitées, ainsi que certification ISO 45001 ou 14001.
  • Compétences Interpersonnelles : Aptitude à établir des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
  • Conditions de Santé : Bonne condition physique pour travailler en milieu offshore, y compris en hauteur.
  • Langues : Maitrise du danois et de l’anglais, d’autres langues étant un atout.
  • Déplacements : Disponibilité pour des déplacements internationaux, y compris des visites d’autres parcs éoliens RWE.

À Propos du Projet Thor

Le parc éolien de Thor, qui sera situé à 22 kilomètres de la côte de Thorsminde, s’inscrit dans une initiative de RWE pour développer le plus grand parc éolien offshore du Danemark. Avec une capacité de plus de 1 GW et l’installation de 72 turbines Siemens Gamesa, il fournira une électricité verte à plus d’un million de foyers danois d’ici 2027.

To start as soon as possible, full time, permanentRWE are looking for an aspiring HSE professional to support the operation of our Thor Offshore wind farm.We are looking for someone who is keen to be part of a team that is determined to ensuring continuous improvement and working closely with operational teams, the role will be onshore based but will require travel offshore to the operational offshore environment. This is a great opportunity for someone already in the industry or with experience in other high-risk sectors who wants to join renewable energy. As the windfarm is fully operational in 2027 the focus of the first months is to prepare the operation of the windfarm with relevant HSE documentation, concepts and standards.About the role:

  • The HSE Specialist is responsible for providing joint, expert and professional advice and guidance to the site management on all health, safety and environmental issues, actively participate in and promoting a high standard of health, safety and environmental awareness and culture at the operational offshore wind farm Thor
  • Support the site Team in implementing high standards of proactive and continual improvement ‘We Care’ ethos, including initiatives in behavioural safety, wellbeing and sustainability to ensure a positive impact on the team members
  • Engage and develop relationships with teams to eliminate and reduce risks, develop HSE culture for the site Team and adhere to HSE standards and rules
  • Produce, review and update health, safety and environmental-related documentation required by the allocated site Team as directed by the Head of HSE Offshore Operations and Team Lead HSE Offshore Operations Continental Europe (CE) or required by the HSE function
  • Maintenance of HSE risk registers in relation to Thor. Ensuring Danish legal HSE requirements are considered, amongst other by liaising with the regulatory authorities, and compliance is evaluated on a regular basis
  • Contribute towards and deliver on annual key performance indicators, annual We Care goals and targets for the site Team and wider business
  • Carry out regular workplace inspections on and offshore
  • Planning, running and recording feedback on emergency response drills

Job requirements and experience:

  • Degree in Health and Safety related discipline, engineering/safety engineering or similar and minimum 5 years’ experience as HSE professional, especially in Offshore Wind, energy or oil and gas sectors
  • The ideal candidate will have a higher safety qualification and would be beneficial if they also hold a higher qualification level in an environmental disciplinie and experience in holding an audit qualification such as ISO 45 001 / 14 001 internal auditor, along with an Incident root cause analysis qualification
  • You have experience in developing, implementing and maintaining a certifiable HSE Management System and if you have Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Basic Safety Training certification that would be beneficial
  • Team-oriented, consistent, systematic, customer-orientated and you are able to display a flexible, practical and forward-thinking approach to managing operational HSE matters
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels through verbal and written communication including effective listening skills
  • Good health, with general all round fitness to work in an offshore environment including working at height with the ability to undertake the mandatory medical checks and tests according to legal requirements
  • Occasional international travel will be expected in this role, this includes trips to other RWE windfarms to ensure alignment and cooperation (driving license is essential)
  • Very good written and spoken Danish and English are required, further foreign languages are helpful

In this role you role will be based on the site office at Thorsminde with the possibility to conduct mobile work or home office on 1-2 days per week.RWE is developing the largest offshore windfarm in Denmark to date, Thor, which will be built 22 kilometers off the coast of Thorsminde on the west coast of Jutland with a capacity of more than 1 GW. 72 units of Siemens Gamesa’s flagship SG 14-236 DD offshore wind turbines are planned to be installed.
