Job description:
– Preparing salaries, predecessors, annual qualifiers, end of service and all entitlements for employees
Administration of insurance programs, including medical insurance for employees and insurance for all factory equipment and facilities
Implementing training and development plans
Equipment of files and meetings for semester and annual performance for employees
– Installing employees with the additional benefits that they are entitled to obtain (such as additional vacation days- work for work, facility and safety circulars)
Update employee records with new information about employment and changes in the case of employment
– Maintaining detailed regulatory plans and descriptions of jobs as well as salary records
– Predicting the needs of employment and ensuring the course of the recruitment process smoothly
– Setting and implementing human resources policies in the company according to the existing views of the owners and general manager of the company
– Monitor the budgets according to the administration
– Dealing with employees’ inquiries and responding in a timely manner
– Stay on a permanent knowledge and compliance with changes in work legislation
– Other works are assigned directly from the direct president or from the company’s manager
– Reviewing governmental and non -governmental departments, governmental and non -governmental companies, banks and any relevant bodies to end any transactions related to the company inside and outside Medina
Requirements:

• Two years experience in the field of human resources, especially concrete factories
• Good experience in dealing with government programs such as (resident – datable – forces – Ministry of Commerce – Labor Office – Social Insurance – Salama – Ministry of Transport – Transport Authority – Ministry of Municipal – Civil Defense – Industrial Licenses – Baladi platform – Chamber of Commerce) and any other government programs that help to complete the work easily and easily
• Saudi nationality
• A resident of Medina

Language requirements:

• English-good
