Description du poste : Job SummaryQuality Construction and Restoration is operates nationwide, working primarily on Military Installations, completing Restoration and Renovation Projects.We are seeking a Highly experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in the management and training of installation and service of HVAC systems on Military installations, nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management skills, and a extensive understanding of HVAC systems related to both Installation, Replacement and Service, and all applicable codes. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, to include training of personnel, hands on guidance, project launch, project milestone check ins and ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.This position DOES require travel as it includes project launch, training, milestone check in’s and being the direct supervisor of all HVAC related projects occurring.Duties

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Train and Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure proper implementation of HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours for efficient time management.

Experience

• Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project management, and civil engineering principles.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications is essential.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• This position requires a criminal record background check and proper government Identification. Access to military installation is contingent on criminal background record.
