Description du Poste
Le poste d’Hybrid Cloud – Senior Product Engineer est présenté comme une opportunité hybride. Le candidat travaillera en moyenne deux jours par semaine depuis un bureau d’HPE, favorisant un équilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle.
Le candidat idéal possède une formation en électronique, en ingénierie électrique, en mécatronique ou dans un domaine connexe, ainsi qu’une expérience pratique des composants électroniques, de l’assemblage et des tests. Ce rôle est situé au sein du groupe supply chain/operations, axé sur le développement de nouveaux produits hybrides et leur intégration dans les opérations de fabrication.
Responsabilités Principales
Les responsabilités incluent :
- Leadership et Coordination : Directement responsable des livrables d’ingénierie de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, le candidat jouera un rôle central dans la direction et la coordination des efforts techniques.
- Mise en Place de Procédures : Assurer que les procédures nécessaires sont en place pour la livraison des nouveaux produits hybrides.
- Communication et Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de programme et de fabrication pour s’assurer que les nouveaux produits sont correctement définis, configurés et validés.
- Amélioration Continue : Suivre les indicateurs de qualité durant les processus de NPI (New Product Introduction) et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Innovation dans le Design : Collaborer avec les partenaires en R&D pour améliorer la fabricabilité et les tests en se basant sur les retours d’expérience des générations de produits précédentes.
Compétences et Exigences
Les candidats doivent détenir un diplôme en ingénierie électrique (bachelor ou master) et avoir généralement entre 6 et 10 ans d’expérience dans les domaines de la fabrication électronique ou de l’ingénierie produit. Les compétences requises comprennent notamment :
- Compétences en Leadership : Capacité à diriger et à donner des directives claires.
- Analyse Problématique : Excellentes compétences analytiques pour résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Communication : Maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’espagnol, avec des compétences en communication écrite et orale.

Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description:Ideal for Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar engineering backgrounds with hands-on experience in electronic components, assembly and testingSenior Product engineer within the Supply chain/operations group working on Hybrid Cloud products delivering new product introductions to our manufacturing operations, drive Early Engineering Engagement to influence product design, NPI implementation and released product support. Assists in architecture development and assessment.Contributions impact technical components of Hybrid Cloud products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others.Responsibilities:
- Strong leader who can coordinate and direct SC engineering deliverables.
- Ensure all needed supply chain procedures, methods, bill of materials and tests are in place to deliver new Hybrid Clouds Products and solutions
- Working with the program and manufacturing teams, ensure new Hybrid products are defined, setup and validated during the NPI process
- Triage and drive root cause/corrective action of issues during a NPI program or during released product support
- Establish program quality goals, track product quality during NPI and post CTR, drive needed quality improvement actions
- During post release phase, track key data/metrics and resolve issues impacting orders and product performance
- Working closely with R&D partners to drive design for manufacturability and test based on feedback from prior generation products and supply chain partners
- Actively work with R&D partner groups on architectural improvements that will improve supply chains ability to deliver new Hybrid Cloud products
- Working closely with mfg test partners, define test requirements that deliver an efficient test process with the appropriate amount of test coverage to meet the desired quality goals
- Define requirements for the setup of product ordering tools and validate correct implementation of these requirements
- Create and implement the Manufacturing Verification Build plan for new product release
- Lead/support multiple project teams of other engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products, solutions, and platforms, including design, validation, tooling and testing.
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
- Support released product assurance of supply and factory/customer quality issues
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Typically 6-10 years experience in electronic manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI) or product engineering and BOM’s
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in overall architecture/design of hardware/firmware/software for products and solutions.
- Experience with supply chain/operations new product setup and released product support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues suggesting proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
