Description du poste :
Le rôle d’IFRS Revenue Reporting Executive chez Insider implique une série de responsabilités clés, dont :
- Analyse des données : Évaluer les données de revenus actuelles et passées.
- Trends et performance : Identifier les performances de revenus et les tendances associées.
- Communication des résultats : Préparer des rapports et diffuser les conclusions à l’ensemble de l’entreprise.
- Clôtures mensuelles : Assister aux activités de clôture mensuelle en conformité avec les exigences IFRS 15.
- Réconciliations : Établir des réconciliations entre les revenus basés sur IFRS 15 et ceux basés sur les normes GAAP locales.
- Rapports financiers : Apporter des ajustements financiers pour les aligner avec IFRS 15.
- Développement de templates : Participer à la création de modèles de reporting.
- Initiatives d’amélioration : Proposer des initiatives et politiques pour améliorer la structure de reporting.
- Audit : Soutenir les activités d’audit externes et internes.
- BI Dashboards : Collaborer avec le département DWH pour préparer des tableaux de bord BI liés aux revenus.
- Contrôle des données : Garantir l’intégrité des données de revenus dans les systèmes CRM et ERP.
Profil recherché :
Compétences et qualifications :
Nous recherchons des candidats ayant :
- Formation : Diplôme en finance, gestion ou domaines liés.
- Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle financier similaire (une expérience dans l’audit ou le SaaS est un plus).
- Analyse des données : Un passionné de chiffres capable de voir la vue d’ensemble.
- Initiative personnelle : Un individu proactif, capable de prendre des initiatives.
- Compétences en gestion de projet : Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et gestion du temps.
- Esprit critique : Capacité à établir des priorités stratégiques basées sur les données.
- Anglais : Maîtrise de l’anglais.
- Collaboration : Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec différentes parties prenantes dans un environnement dynamique.

- You will analyze current and past revenue data,
- You will look at revenue performance and identifying trends,
- You will prepare reports and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business,
- You will support the month end closing activities in line with IFRS 15 requirements,
- You will prepare reconciliations between IFRS 15 based revenue and local GAAP based revenue,
- You will prepare necessary adjustments on management financials to be aligned with IFRS 15,
- You will support to development of reporting templates,
- You will develop initiatives and policies that may improve reporting structure,
- You will support external and internal audit activities,
- You will support DWH department in preparation of revenue related BI Dashboards,
- You will be responsible of controlling all revenue related data in both CRM and ERP
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You’ve Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields,
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a related finance role. Audit or SaaS experience is also valuable but not a requirement,
- You’re a data junkie and number cruncher, passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture,
- You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiative when necessary,
- You know your way around coordinating and motivating the team members,
- You’ve strong organization and time management skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines,
- You’ve business judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to quickly establish the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them,
- You have an excellent command of English,
- You’re familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment
