Ce poste constitue une opportunité exceptionnelle pour les développeurs ERP passionnés souhaitant impacter directement la transformation numérique dans le secteur aéronautique. Le candidat sélectionné rejoindra une équipe internationale dédiée à l’optimisation des opérations à travers le système ERP IFS.

Responsabilités Clés

**Développement et Personnalisation IFS**
– *Configurer et personnaliser les modules IFS ERP selon les besoins spécifiques de l’entreprise.*
– *Développer et maintenir des composants IFS tels que des lobbies, des événements personnalisés, des menus, et des configurations de pages.*
– *Mettre en œuvre des intégrations de données avec d’autres systèmes à l’aide d’APIs REST, de services Web et de SQL.*

Administration du Système

Gérer les applications IFS 10, comprenant la gestion des utilisateurs, des rôles de sécurité, et des ensembles de permissions.
Surveiller la performance système, résoudre les problèmes et collaborer avec le support externe si nécessaire.
Participer aux mises à jour système, y compris la migration vers IFS Cloud.

Reporting et Documentation

Conception et livraison de rapports via SQL, SSRS et IFS Quick Reports.
Maintenir la documentation ERP et les normes de processus, tout en garantissant l’intégrité des données.

Collaboration et Support Client

Servir de lien entre les équipes IT et business pour transformer les exigences en solutions ERP évolutives.
Collaborer avec divers départements pour améliorer la fonctionnalité des modules IFS, notamment dans la fabrication, la chaîne d’approvisionnement et le service client.
Assurer la formation continue des utilisateurs et fournir un support technique.

Compétences Techniques Requises

– *Connaissance approfondie des applications IFS 10 et IFS Cloud.*
– *Maîtrise de l’Application Explorer, IFS Developer Studio et Design Studio.*
– *Expérience solide avec SQL, SSRS, et Quick Reports.*
– *Familiarité avec les environnements de bases de données Oracle.*
– *Compréhension des méthodes et outils d’intégration système.*

Profil du Candidat Idéal

– *Minimum 3 ans d’expérience pratique avec les applications IFS 10 en tant qu’administrateur système ou analyste métier.*
– *Expérience en IFS Cloud ou participation à des projets de mise à jour/migration.*
– *Bonne connaissance fonctionnelle des domaines de la fabrication, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et des opérations.*
– *Compétences excellentes en communication et en documentation pour interagir avec les parties prenantes et engager les utilisateurs.*

📝 Description du poste : Are you passionate about ERP development and eager to play a key role in driving digital transformation within the aviation industry? Join our international IT team at GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES), a global jet engine MRO based at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Finland.We are now looking for an experienced IFS ERP Developer to support and develop our main ERP system IFS – helping us ensure operational excellence through robust, efficient system operations. This role combines system development, technical configuration, administration, and support of IFS Applications 10 and IFS Cloud.This is a fixed-term position (parental leave cover) with a potential for continuation based on future business needs.At GATES, we value teamwork and close collaboration, and we work on-site at our office right at the heart of aviation activity – at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.Key Responsibilities:IFS Development & Customization

Configure and customize IFS ERP modules to meet business-specific needs.
Develop and maintain IFS components including lobbies, custom events, menus, custom fields, and page configurations.
Implement data integrations with other systems using REST APIs, web services, and SQL.

System Administration

Administer IFS Applications 10, including user provisioning, security roles, permission sets, profiles, and configuration packages.
Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with external IFS support when needed.
Support system upgrades, including IFS Cloud migration, test planning, validation, and data migration.

Reporting & Documentation

Design and deliver reports using SQL, SSRS, and IFS Quick Reports.
Maintain ERP documentation, process standards, and ensure data integrity.

Collaboration & Client Support

Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve functionality in IFS modules:

Manufacturing: Shop Orders, Planning, Costing
Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management
Engineering, Quality, Customer Servic

Deliver end-user training and ongoing technical support.

Technical Skills required:

In-depth knowledge of IFS ERP Applications 10 and IFS Cloud.
Proficiency with Application Explorer, IFS Developer Studio, and Design Studio.
Strong experience with SQL, SSRS, and Quick Reports.
Familiarity with Oracle-based database environments.
Understanding of system integration methods and tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications 10 as a System Administrator or Business Analyst
Exposure to IFS Cloud or involvement in upgrade/migration projects
Strong functional knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations
Excellent communication and documentation skills for stakeholder interaction and end-user engagement
