Number11780SharemoreIn the frame of our strongly growing Systems business, the delivery of Integrated Logistic Support is of great importance in order to comply with our Customers’ program requirements. For these reasons, in order to secure the contractual commitments with our customers on the current and future development Programs, it is of paramount importance to increase the capacity of R&S ILS technical team. The task wil be carried out from our office in Madrid.Your tasks

• Define and develop Technical Documentation WorkPackages, in compliance with overall Project Planning.
• Creation of the Technical Publications Plan to define the expected outcome of the later deliverable, as well as defining the required information sources and describing the quality assurance.
• Implementation of the approach outlined in the Technical Publication Plan.
• Research of necessary content on the system, also through dialogue with technical contacts.
• Preparation and implementation of the data obtained through LSA (Logistics Support Analysis).
• Verification of the described content on the customer’s system, as well as checking its plausibility.
• Ensuring quality in terms of technical and formal correctness.
• Safe handling of common documentation standards (S1000D, ISO standards, etc.).
• Continuous improvement in terms of efficiency, as well as identifying potential savings.
• Budget and schedule responsibility within the scope of the mandate.
• Recording of comprehensive technical relationships within the scope the assigned activities.
• Manage Technical Publications subcontractors in terms of work packages planning and preparation, cost follow-up and quality checks of the deliverables.

• Studies in Engineering, or comparable technical course of study
• Ability to communicate with different Stakeholders on technical topics
• Knowledge of ILS end-to-end process and standards – Specific Knowledge of Technical Documentation production process according to S1000D
• Initial Project management experience matured in ILS projects
• Very good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledge of Technical Documentation production tools (e.g. Arbortex editor, Eagle EPS, …) – Reliable and structured way of working
• Ability to work in team, take the initiative and propose solutions
• Fluent in English languages (written and spoken)
