À Propos du Poste

Le poste d’*Inbound Lead* est essentiel pour garantir l’efficacité des opérations logistiques en matière de livraison de matières premières. Ce rôle requiert une coordination efficace entre les départements maritimes, terrestres et aériens, tout en cherchant constamment à optimiser les coûts et les opérations.

Responsabilités

Le tenant du poste aura plusieurs missions cruciales, notamment :

• Gestion des Commandes : Paramétrer les commandes dans SAP pour assurer la livraison ponctuelle des matières premières.
• Collaboration Interne : Répondre aux demandes des clients internes comme le service clientèle et la planification.
• Reporting : Préparer des rapports sur les commandes en transit pour aider à visualiser l’état des commandes d’achat.
• Vérification des Taxations : Générer des rapports IGI pour assurer l’application correcte des certificats d’origine.
• Gestion des Imprévus : Réviser les devis et résoudre les problèmes liés aux expéditions.
• Coordination Maritime : Exécuter les opérations maritimes pour la livraison des matières premières.
• Amélioration Continue : Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d’amélioration au sein de l’équipe.
• Soutien en Résolution de Problèmes : Fournir un soutien concernant les plaintes et les problèmes de priorisation.
• Supervision d’Équipe : Encadrer le personnel et assurer le bon achèvement des tâches.

Profil Recherché

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent posséder :

• Formation : Licence en commerce international, administration des affaires ou un domaine similaire.
• Compétences Linguistiques : Anglais intermédiaire.
• Expérience : Entre 2 et 4 ans dans un rôle similaire, avec expérience en gestion de matériaux dangereux.
• Connaissances Techniques : Maîtrise des Incoterms, législation douanière, et utilisation d’Excel avancé.
• Sens des Responsabilités : Connaissance générale de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et des procédures douanières.

Human by nature.Inbound Lead, your new opportunity?As a Inbound lead you will ensure the timely and proper arrival of raw materials through coordination with maritime, land, and air departments, seeking operational and cost efficiency.Responsibilities:

• Manage the parameterization of orders in SAP to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Fulfill requests from internal clients such as Customer Care and/or planning by managing daily deliveries on time.
• Prepare the corresponding reports of orders in transit to support GBS, aiming to visualize the status of each purchase order.
• Generate IGI reports to verify the correct application of Certificates of Origin, ensuring that tax payments are applied correctly, as there are no free trade agreements with some countries and Mexico.
• Review quotes for unforeseen expenses related to the shipment of raw materials to ensure they align with the required handling.
• Resolve or escalate issues related to any material to avoid extra costs and ensure the correct shipping method.
• Ensure the continuity of operations for each MOT (Mode of Transport) within the team, maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the area among all collaborators.
• Coordinate and execute the maritime operation for the delivery of raw materials, from sending instructions to the customs agent to delivery at the plant or toller.
• Work under the site’s standards of Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities within the area.
• Ensure the implementation of cost-saving projects by MOT, as well as execute maritime cost-saving projects.
• Contribute to the implementation of the planned strategy aligned with business needs.
• Provide support for problem resolution, complaints, and prioritization issues.
• Monitor workload and schedules to maintain balance within the department.
• Communicate and interact with involved areas to resolve issues and inform of potential impacts.
• Achieve and maintain service level objectives.
• Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer service, and regional and global affiliates as necessary.
• Supervise staff to ensure all tasks are completed, documenting performance and providing continuous feedback.

You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
• English – intermediate level.
• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Handling of hazardous materials in air, maritime, and land modes.
• Incoterms. Knowledge of customs legislation. Customs procedures for the release of goods.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, formula sheets, charts).
• General understanding of the supply chain. SAP (desirable). Customs agents/forwarders/transport lines.
• Free trade agreements for the correct application of Certificates of Origin.
