Description du poste
Amgen recherche un Senior Scrum Master pour guider et optimiser l’exécution Agile au sein de son environnement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Ce rôle est crucial pour synchroniser les équipes et garantir la livraison de solutions à haute valeur ajoutée.
Principales responsabilités
- Faciliter les cérémonies Agile : Participation active dans des événements tels que le PI Planning, les Daily Stand-ups et les Sprint Reviews.
- Accompagnement des équipes : Coacher les équipes Agile, renforcer la collaboration inter-équipes et assurer une livraison performante.
- Gestion des obstacles : Identifier et supprimer les entraves techniques et organisationnelles pour un flux de travail optimal.
- Promotion de l’amélioration continue : Encourager les équipes à adopter des pratiques de rétrospective et de mise en œuvre d’actions d’amélioration.
- Suivi des métriques Agile : Mesurer et rapporter les performances de l’équipe à l’aide d’indicateurs de performance clés, tels que la vélocité et l’efficacité des flux de travail.
Exigences et qualifications
Qualifications de base
- Formation : Toute formation pertinente.
- Expérience : Entre 8 et 13 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe, avec une expertise spécifique en tant que Scrum Master dans des environnements Agile et SAFe.
- Certifications : Certification SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) ou SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet Agile comme JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile telles que Scrum, Kanban et XP.
Qualifications préférées
- Expérience dans le secteur de la biotechnologie ou de la pharmacie.
- Certifications supplémentaires telles que Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ou SAFe Agilist (SA).
- Connaissances en gestion de portefeuille Lean et en métriques Agile.
