Le *Senior UX Designer* jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de l’équipe de conception UX de S&P Global, qui se concentre sur la création d’expériences utilisateur optimales pour leur plateforme phare, *iLEVEL*. Les principales responsabilités incluent :

Stratégie et Vision de l’Expérience Utilisateur : Définir une stratégie UX pour aider la communauté des marchés de capitaux privés à obtenir des analyses de comparaison complètes.

Recherche Utilisateur et Analyse de Marché : Mener des recherches sur les utilisateurs et des tests de convivialité pour comprendre les flux de travail des clients et les tendances du secteur, traduisant ces insights en améliorations concrètes.

Design d’Interaction et Visuel : Créer des maquettes, prototypes et designs à haute fidélité, en assurant la cohérence à travers le produit tout en respectant les meilleures pratiques en matière d’accessibilité.

Exigences du Poste
Qualifications Requises :
- Diplôme en UX Design, Interaction Homme-Machine, ou discipline connexe.
- 5 à 9 ans d’expérience en conception UX, avec un portfolio solide démontrant des travaux complexes.
- Compétence dans des outils de conception tels que Figma, Penpot ou Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solide connaissance des principes de conception centrée sur l’utilisateur et des tests d’usabilité.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Expérience en conception d’expériences utilisateur alimentées par l’IA.
- Familiarité avec les flux de travail financiers dans les Marchés Privés ou la Gestion d’Investissement.
