Structure organisationnelle
Le candidat retenu fera partie d’une organisation structurée où il rapportera directement à la Direction industrielle. La portée de l’équipe peut varier, avec des responsabilités de gestion pouvant aller d’aucun à 50 rapports directs.
Responsabilités principales
Stratégie
- Soutenir la préparation des appels d’offres.
- Identifier les besoins internes en CAPEX.
- Participer à l’analyse Make or Buy (MoB) pour optimiser les coûts de projet.
- Déterminer les besoins en formation interne et participer à son développement.
- Assurer l’exécution adéquate de la stratégie industrielle.
Industrialisation
- Garantir la cohérence de toutes les fonctions d’industrialisation pour un projet déterminé.
- Gérer les documents industriels, y compris les instructions de travail et les séquences de tâches.
- Identifier les besoins en matière de sécurité et d’environnement dans les opérations de production.
- Fournir un soutien technique aux opérations.
- Gérer l’équipe de données industrielles pour le MMIS et l’intégration des systèmes SAP.
Normes industrielles
- Déployer et veiller à la conformité avec les normes centrales.
- Fournir des retours d’expérience (REX) pour améliorer les standards.
Performance industrielle
- Suivi des KPI, y compris la consolidation et l’amélioration des tableaux de bord industriels.
- Optimisation de la productivité et réduction des temps non hodnotés.
- Gestion des plans d’action pour l’amélioration continue.
Profil recherché
Exigences éducatives :
- Diplôme d’ingénieur avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie ferroviaire, ou une formation technique avec 8 à 10 ans d’expérience.
- Expérience au sein d’une organisation internationale est un atout.
Connaissances et compétences souhaitées :
- Expertise en gestion dans un environnement de maintenance ou de production.
- Connaissance des outils et techniques d’industrialisation.
- Compréhension des systèmes de qualité, de sécurité et d’environnement.
- Compétences informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Maîtrise de la langue locale et de l’anglais.

- Leadership efficace et esprit d’équipe.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Organisation et communication solides.

- Fleet Management & Engineering.
ResponsibilitiesStrategy– Give support to tenders– Identify internal CAPEX needs.– Participate in MoB (Make or Buy) analysis to improve the project costs.– Identify internal training needs. Help developing & implementing training.– Ensure proper execution of industrial strategy in the operationIndustrialization– Ensure the consistency of all Industrialization function for 1 project (Tooling, Industrial data, Industrialization & Methods)– Manage commitment for industrial documents (i.e. work instructions, task sequences…) for maintenance, Renovation & Modernization.– Identify the needs in terms of Safety, EHS, special processes, Q alerts, etc. in production operations.– Manage team in charge of equipment, jigs & tools.– Give technical support to operations.– Manage industrial data team for MMIS (SAP industrial data set up, parts, tools, BOM, routings…)Industrial Standards
- Deploy & ensure compliance with central standards : Lean tools, EHS (i.e. ergonomics), special processes, IT tools
- Give REX to industrial network (central & depots) to improve standards.
Industrial performance-KPI : Industrial dashboard consolidation & improvement/– Productivity, workload optimization, NAV time reduction.– Method time reduction.– Avoid over maintenance.– Share & implement best practices with industrial network.– Give REX to platform in order to improve LCC cost.– Manage action plan to achieve continuous improvement in SQCDManagement– Animate the industrial teams (Tools management, data management & Procject Industrialization) from the projects & operations within their scope– Develop industrial population skills to fulfill project industrial requirements

– Alstom Production System industrial roadmap scoreCandidate Requirements :Educational Requirements– Graduate engineering background with 5 years experience in the railway industry– or technical background with 8 to 10 year experience in the railway industry– Ideally experience within an international organization.Desired Knowledge / Experience– Experienced manager in either a maintenance or production environment– Good knowledge of industrialization tools and methods and techniques– Good knowledge of implementing and managing Quality, Safety and Environmental systems– IT literate ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)– Languages : Country language + EnglishBehavioural Competencies-Good leadership.-Team Player.
