Rôle de l’ingénieur senior II
En tant que Senior Engineer II, vous serez le leader technique des produits développés par votre équipe. Vous serez un acteur clé dans tous les domaines du développement et des opérations, allant de la pré-production à la production. Votre mission comprendra:
- Assurer la responsabilité technique des systèmes de production, en veillant à leur efficacité, sécurité et fiabilité.
- Collaborer activement avec les ingénieurs seniors et les partenaires commerciaux pour faire progresser les changements au niveau de la plateforme.
- Participer aux rotations de support en cas d’incident et faire partie d’une équipe de lancement de production au quotidien.
- Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance et formuler des recommandations d’amélioration.
Principales responsabilités
- Contribuer aux feuilles de route des produits et à la stratégie de fiabilité.
- Collaborer avec la gestion de projet pour fournir des mises à jour sur la performance.
- Effectuer des recherches pour aider au développement de produits.
- Concevoir et développer des Microapps utilisant des frameworks front-end tels que React, ainsi que des technologies backend comme Python et Node.js.
Qualifications requises
- Diplôme en informatique, ingénierie logicielle ou architecture logicielle, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Dix à douze ans d’expérience en ingénierie.
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouvelles technologies.
- Connaissance avancée des technologies web et des principes de CI/CD.
- Expérience avec des plateformes Cloud comme AWS ou Azure.

As an Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemons business goals.Core Responsibilities:As a Senior Engineer II, you will work as the technical leader for the product(s) your team delivers. You will be counted on as a leader in your technology space, as you contribute to all areas of development and operations (pre-production to production). As a Senior Engineer II, you will dedicate a fair amount of time to the planning and discovery of tools and practices inside your given area of expertise. You will apply that knowledge by working closely with Staff Engineers to promote platform level change. Senior Engineer IIs, take production readiness and performance personally and help drive continuous improvement. You will be part of a day-to-day production release team and may perform on-call support functions as needed. You will be considered the technical owner of the production system(s) you work on and focus on how your product(s) are delivered and how to optimize them for efficiency, security and reliability.
- Main contributor for product roadmaps and reliability strategy
- Partner with project management to deliver status and performance updates
- Conduct research to aid in product development and tools selection
- Provide an escalation point and participate in on-call support rotations
- Actively monitor key metrics, reports on trends, and make improvement recommendations
- Facilitate an Engineering Community of Practice for your product(s)
- Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems
- Review product roadmaps and guide intake acceptance for a set of production systems
- Own reliability for a defined set of production systems
- Own the delivery lifecycle for a defined set of production systems
- Design and develop Microapps using front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and backend technologies like Python and Node.js
- Collaborate across teams to integrate SaaS platforms into enterprise architecture and deliver scalable product features.
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelors degreeor diploma (or equivalent experience)inComputerScience, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible
- Twelve+years ofengineering experience
- Ability to learn, understand, and work quickly with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
- Advanced understanding of web technologies (HTTP, SSL, Headers, Cookies, TCP, Caching)
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and best-practices.
- Candidate should have experience in AWS/ Azure/GCP
- Experience working with bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
- Experience developing solutions for retail or eCommerce businesses and other relevant domains such as manufacturing & logistics, supply chain, or corporate shared services
- Ability to assume the leadership/mentorship of Engineers
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular
- Proficiency in Python for building backend services, automation, and API development
- Familiarity with integrating or extending SaaS platforms (e.g. Backstage)
- Experience with day-to-day tools such as Jira, PagerDuty, ServiceNow is nice to have
