Description du poste
Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera dans un environnement dynamique, soutenant les parties prenantes clés de l’entreprise et acquérant une expérience pratique en marketing. Le stagiaire sera impliqué dans diverses tâches liées au marketing et à l’organisation d’événements. Les activités clés incluent :
- Organisation et gestion de matériel promotionnel : Préparation de fichiers numériques et physiques.
- Gestion d’échantillons NFHU : Coordination et suivi des stocks.
- Préparation d’activités marketing : Collaboration avec l’équipe de vente pour organiser des événements et des campagnes marketing.
- Analyse de données : Soutien à la préparation des prévisions mensuelles.
- Gestion d’événements marketing : Planification et mise en œuvre des activités liées à la division EES.
Qualifications requises
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation : Actuellement en cours d’obtention d’un diplôme en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Disponibilité : Capacité à travailler sur site au moins 3 jours par semaine, avec le télétravail les autres jours.
- Flexibilité : Disponibilité pour travailler les week-ends, si nécessaire.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel et PowerPoint, ainsi que des compétences en design pour le matériel promotionnel.
- Compétences linguistiques : Excellente communication écrite en anglais.
- Qualités personnelles : Proactivité, attention aux détails, et compétences organisationnelles avancées.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, or any related field
- Amenable to working onsite at our office at least 3x a week; Remote on other days
- willing to work on weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient in design for Promo Material
- Excellent communication skills in English – written
- Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
