Le Client Interactions & Contracts (CI&C), intégré à l’organisation de Network Information Security de PwC, constitue une équipe globale chargée de construire et maintenir la confiance des clients dans notre cadre de contrôle en matière d’information et de cybersécurité. Nous recherchons un Senior Associate pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations mondiales au sein de CI&C.
Responsabilités Principales
Le candidat retenu aura la responsabilité de :
- Développer des expertises en matière de matières et domaines techniques dans le contexte des interactions avec les clients et des révisions de contrats.
- Soutenir et diriger des initiatives visant à améliorer continuellement les services et à identifier des opportunités d’optimisation de l’efficacité.
- Participer à des initiatives de gouvernance de service, incluant les rapports de métriques.
- Gérer des interactions sécurisées avec les clients, rassemblant la documentation des contrôles et les preuves nécessaires pour faciliter les évaluations.
- Rédiger des contenus de sécurité pour des Request for Proposals (RFP), des questionnaires de sécurité et des questionnaires de diligence raisonnable.
- Transférer et articuler des messages techniques complexes en un langage accessible aux parties prenantes non techniques.
Exigences du Poste
Le candidat idéal sera doté de :
- Au moins 3 à 4 ans d’expérience dans les domaines de la sécurité informatique, de la gestion de la conformité (GRC), de la vie privée ou de l’audit informatique.
- Une connaissance des cadres de gestion de cybersécurité, tel que ISO 27001, et leur application dans le contexte des systèmes, processus et technologies.
- Une compréhension des audits et évaluations de cybersécurité, ainsi que des interactions avec des clients dans le cadre de la fourniture d’assurances et de la construction de la confiance.
- Une représentation diplomatique pour résoudre des problèmes complexes et des intérêts conflictuels, en sachant quand il est opportun d’escalader les problèmes.
- Une capacité prouvée à travailler dans des environnements multiculturels et à communiquer efficacement à travers différentes cultures et régions.
