L’objectif principal de ce poste est d’assurer que les politiques et procédures de sécurité de l’information s’alignent sur les objectifs commerciaux de l’organisation, tout en gérant efficacement les risques et en respectant les réglementations. Responsabilités principales :

**Soutenir les processus de gestion des risques pour le groupe IT à l’échelle mondiale.**
**Participer à la préparation de rapports périodiques sur les risques et la sécurité de l’information pour l’équipe de direction IT.**
**Contribuer à la planification des évaluations internes IT et des audits.**
**Suivre et aider à la mise en œuvre des actions d’audit.**
**Coordonner la formation en matière de classification de l’information et de sensibilisation à la sécurité.**
**Soutenir l’implémentation des normes et réglementations en matière de cybersécurité et de sécurité de l’information.**
**Assister sur des tâches ad-hoc.**

Profil recherché :

Nous recherchons un candidat qui :

**Est autonome, curieux d’apprendre et prêt à relever de nouveaux défis.**
**Maîtrise Excel (filtres, tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules de recherche) ainsi que Word, PowerPoint.**
**A une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la sécurité de l’information ou un domaine similaire.** La connaissance des normes et réglementations en matière de sécurité de l’information est un atout.
**Possède de solides compétences en communication et parle couramment anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.** Des compétences en allemand et/ou en danois sont un avantage.
**A une approche structurée et éventuellement de l’expérience en gestion de projet (PMO).**

Supporting the Risk Management Processes for Group IT globally.
Taking part in the preparation of Risk & information security periodical reporting to IT Leadership Team.
Supporting in IT Internal Assessments and Audit process planning.
Supporting audit actions, tracking, and follow-ups.
Information Classification and security awareness training and workshops coordination.
Support the implementation of Cyber & Information security standards and regulations.
Supporting with ad-hoc tasks

We imagine that:

You are a self-driven person who is excited to learn new things and to contribute with your know-how as well as challenge yourself with new tasks.
You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookup formulas etc.). Word, PowerPoint Points and other tools.
You preferably have already gained some professional experience within the area of Information security or similar in previous positions. Knowledge of Information Security Standards and Regulations is beneficial.
You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German and/or Danish language skills are an advantage.
A structured approach and project management (PMO) experience are beneficial.
