Empower teachers to excel through personalized, non-evaluative coaching and collaborative professional development. Facilitate teacher autonomy, data-driven decision-making, and a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with staff to align teaching strategies with school. Provide tailored support, model effective practices, and foster reflective problem-solving. Partner with the principal to align coaching efforts with school goals, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.Specific qualifications required for this role:

• Teaching Credential/License

Salaire attendu : $1800 – 2400 per month
