Descriptif du Poste
Le stage proposé concerne le soutien au département d’ingénierie générale, incluant l’ingénierie de fabrication, la qualité et l’automatisation. Le stagiaire aura pour mission la planification, la conception et la mise en œuvre de systèmes de production intégrés.
*Le candidat idéal* participera également à des tests de contrôle qualité sur les produits et matériaux tout au long du processus de production afin d’assurer la conformité aux normes établies.
Tâches Essentielles
- Assister les ingénieurs dans l’utilisation d’outils statistiques au sein des cellules de travail.
- Préparer des zones pour les modifications de lignes ou de processus.
- Aider à la mise en œuvre d’actions correctives et préventives.
- Participer à la conception d’expériences et à des études de capacité des processus.
- Inspecter, mesurer et tester les pièces selon les exigences des plans de produits.
- Mettre à jour ou créer des visuels de production selon les directives des ingénieurs.
- Maintenir des audits et générer des rapports précis.
- Assurer la conformité des techniques d’inspection et des plans qualité.
- Demander et valider des outils conformément aux indications des ingénieurs.
- Supporter l’organisation Lean en développant des bases solides pour l’amélioration continue.
- Se conformer à toutes les procédures dans le cadre de la politique de sécurité de l’entreprise.
- Promouvoir une culture de zéro accident en soutenant les programmes EHS.
Qualifications et Expérience
- Diplôme de niveau secondaire ou équivalent requis.
- Expérience de 0 à 12 mois ou une combinaison d’éducation et d’expérience équivalente.

- To assist the Engineer in the use of statistical tools in the work cell.
- Assist in preparing an area for a line movement or process change.
- Assist the engineer with corrective and preventive actions
- Participates in the design of experiments and process capability studies.
- You can inspect, measure, and test parts according to drawings, product plan requirements, or engineering sketches.
- Update/create production visuals, as directed by the industrial engineer or process engineer.
- Audits, maintains, and generates accurate logs, logs and reports.
- With limited oversight, it ensures that policies, procedures, inspection techniques and quality plans conform to established standards.
- Request, receive and validate tools, as indicated by the Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer or Quality Engineer.
- Ensure standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site according to global, regional and site direction.
- Support the Lean organization by developing a solid process foundation and data integrity to support the improvement process across the organization.
- Comply with and follow all procedures within the company’s security policy.
- You may perform other duties and responsibilities assigned to you.
- Support all Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) programs and initiatives to support our zero-accident culture.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Experience from 0 months to 12 months or equivalent combination of education and experience.
