Votre Rôle chez Impact.com

Dans le cadre de votre mission au sein de l’équipe Studio, vous travaillerez sur divers comptes représentant des secteurs variés tels que la mode, la parentalité, la technologie, et bien d’autres. Vous participerez à la mise en œuvre de campagnes marketing, allant des tests d’introduction aux programmes d’ambassadeurs de marque sur le long terme.

Tâches Principales

• Établir des partenariats : Identifier et collaborer avec des influenceurs pour différents clients.
• Scouting et gestion des relations : Soutenir les influenceurs dans leur quotidien tout en assurant un service client d’excellence.
• Assistance aux campagnes : Collaborer avec les équipes pour exécuter des campagnes marketing de grande envergure.
• Communication : Négocier et interagir avec les créateurs en partenariat avec les responsables de compte.
• Tendances des Réseaux Sociaux : Se tenir informé des nouvelles tendances et évolutions des plateformes.

Conditions du Stage

Ce stage rémunéré est d’une durée de 6 mois, avec une possibilité de prolongation en « tillsvidareanställning » (contrat de travail permanent), basé à *Stockholm*. Vous serez intégré dans une petite équipe, tout en profitant d’un réseau global.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal est un étudiant ou un diplômé passionné par la recherche et la communication, avec une affinité pour les réseaux sociaux. Les compétences linguistiques exigent une maîtrise fluent de l’allemand et de l’anglais.

• Formation : Un diplôme de Bachelor est préféré.
• Expérience : Jusqu’à 2 ans d’expérience en marketing d’influence est un atout.
• Connaissance : Familiarité avec les tarifs des influenceurs et les plateformes sociales. Les langages nordiques sont un plus, mais non requis.
• Compétences : Organisation, communication, et capacité à respecter des délais serrés sont essentielles.
• Outils : Connaissance de Google Sheets, Excel, et PowerPoint requis.

We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will support campaign execution and senior team members on a variety of larger programs.What You’ll Do:

• Find and build partnerships with influencers for a variety of brands
• Handle scouting to outreach and support.
• Support the influencers in their daily work.
• Assist with campaigns for big brands.
• Communicate with creators, including negotiation, in partnership with Account Managers
• Provide excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring both the clients and creators are happy and impressed with our services
• Stay on top of social media trends.

This is a paid full time internship for 6 months with the possibility for a “tillsvidareanställning” after that.We are a small team located in the heart of Stockholm but you would be a part of a big global organization where you will learn from teams across the globe.What You Have:Maybe you are currently studying in need of work experience or you just graduated looking for your first job. You love research, communicating with people and spending time on social media. You should be fluent in English and German.

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Graduate preferred
• Fluent German is a must
• Open to candidates early in their career with up to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
• Knowledge of influencers across verticals and influencer rates a major plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms and enjoy spending time on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat)
• Enjoy researching.
• Communication, organisation, and relationship building skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Problem solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel & Powerpoint
• A plus to speak one of the Nordic languages as well but not required.
