Description du Poste

Responsabilités Principales

Le(a) Investment Advisory sera responsable de plusieurs tâches clés :

• Établir des relations solides avec les Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Former et soutenir les RMs dans leurs interactions avec les clients, notamment lors des revues de portefeuilles et des appels conjoints.
• Fournir des analyses de portefeuilles d’investissement aux responsables régionaux sur une base régulière.
• Exploiter les outils disponibles pour recommander des solutions adaptées aux clients.
• Placer les intérêts des clients au premier plan, en respectant l’éthique de la banque.

• Manager Produit CMPS
• RM PVb
• Responsable des ventes / Responsable de la succursale

Autres Responsabilités

• Intégrer les valeurs de la marque et du groupe à Taïwan.
• Répondre à d’autres responsabilités assignées conformément aux politiques et procédures du groupe.

Profil Recherché

Critères de Sélection

• Compétences Communicationnelles : Avoir une bonne capacité de communication et d’expression.
• Orientation Service : Faire preuve d’un esprit de service et d’une volonté à relever des défis.
• Expérience Professionnelle : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’Investment Advisor ou RM.
• Connaissances en Investissement : Être familier avec les produits d’investissement.

Qualifications

• Licence de confiance.
• Licences SITE et SICE.
• Licence de produits structurés.
• Une expérience antérieure dans le secteur bancaire est préférable.

• Investment advisors need to
• establish solid relationship with RMs
• train and support RM in their client interaction ie portfolio review and joint calls.
• provide investment portfolio analysis with their responsible branches to regional heads periodically
• leverage tools available to recommend solutions.
• put clients interest first and to do the right things for the bank and customers

Other Responsibilities

• Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Taiwan;
• Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedure

Selection Criteria

• 具良好溝通協調能力且表達能力佳Good communication ability with excellent expression ability.
• 具服務精神且樂於接受挑戰Service oriented and willing to take challenges.
• 具投資顧問經驗5年或理財專員經驗5年以上 5+ years of Investment Advisor or RM experience.
• 熟悉投資商品 Familiar with Investment Products

Qualification

• Trust license
• SITE and SICE license
• Structure product license
• Past experience in related function in banking industry is preferred
