Le Rôle

En tant qu’iOS Engineer au sein de l’équipe Support Funnel, vous contribuerez à transformer l’expérience client en matière de support à travers une interface utilisateur intuitive intégrant l’automatisation intelligente. Ce rôle requiert un esprit entrepreneurial et une capacité à relever des défis technologiques tout en gardant un aspect humain.

Responsabilités Principales

  • Concevoir et lancer des fonctionnalités iOS intuitives pour faciliter l’expérience de support des utilisateurs.
  • Collaborer avec des ingénieurs backend, des designers, et des chefs de produits pour développer des flux de support innovants.
  • Contribuer à l’architecture technique et à la vision des solutions de support sur iOS.
  • Utiliser des technologies modernes comme Swift et SwiftUI pour créer des expériences utilisateur de haute qualité.
  • Intégrer des widgets intelligents dans l’interface de chat pour augmenter la clarté et la commodité pour les utilisateurs.
  • Surveiller et améliorer la performance de l’application grâce à des données réelles.

Compétences et Expérience Recherchées

  • 4 à 6 ans d’expérience dans le développement d’applications iOS de haute qualité avec Swift et SwiftUI.
  • Maîtrise de l’ensemble du cycle de développement, y compris les tests et les mises en production.
  • Capacité à surveiller et à déboguer les applications en production via des outils d’analyse.
  • Compétences en design d’interaction, particulièrement en matière d’animations et de micro-interactions.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication pour travailler efficacement avec les équipes de design, de produit et backend.
  • Des connaissances sur des architectures comme TCA et des outils tels que GitHub Actions sont un plus.

This is where elegant native technology meets empathy and we’re just getting started.What you’ll be doingJoin us in building thoughtful, beautiful, and high-impact features that change how users experience support.Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Build and ship smooth, intuitive iOS features that support self-service experiences in the Wolt app.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to ideate, prototype, and ship new support flows.
  • Contribute to the architecture and technical vision for support on iOS.
  • Work hands-on with Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks to create high-quality, performant experiences.
  • Integrate smart, context-aware widgets into our chat interface, bringing clarity and convenience to users.
  • Monitor app health and performance using real-world telemetry, continuously improving user experience.

Our humble expectationsWe’re looking for a product-minded engineer with a passion for clean UX, robust code, and collaborative problem-solving.

  • 4-6 years of experience building high-quality iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Strong ownership of the full development lifecycle, including testing and release.
  • Experience with monitoring and debugging production apps using telemetry and analytics.
  • A good eye for interaction design, including animations and micro-interactions.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across design, product, and backend teams.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with architectures like TCA and tooling such as GitHub Actions.
