Responsabilités principales
Les responsabilités du participant incluent, sans s’y limiter :
- Fournir un service clientèle de qualité sur le terrain, en s’assurant que les clients reçoivent des informations promptes et précises.
- Accueillir tous les clients en magasin de manière amicale et chaleureuse.
- Conseiller les clients sur une gamme de médicaments en vente libre (OTC), ainsi que sur des produits de beauté et de soins.
- Participer aux tâches de merchandising et administratives, tels que la gestion des stocks, la tarification et le maintien de la propreté des lieux de travail.
- Engager activement les clients pour garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction.
- Apprendre à utiliser la caisse après plusieurs mois d’expérience en magasin.
Formation et Accompagnement
Cette position inclut un *encadrement* et une formation formelle* en matière de santé et de sécurité, ainsi qu’en manipulation manuelle. Les participants auront accès à des modules de formation spécifiques sur les médicaments en vente libre et sur le service à la clientèle, favorisant ainsi leur intégration dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.

📝 Description du poste : The Participant will assist and gain practical experience in the following: • Providing quality customer service when on the shop floor, by ensuring customers receive prompt and quality information. • Greeting all customers in store in a friendly and welcoming manner • Selling and advising customers on a range of over the counter (OTC) medicines ( after a few months of being instore) , complimentary medicines and beauty/grooming products • General merchandising, administrative duties, ordering stock and pricing • Ensuring all work areas are clean and tidy. • Advise and assist customers with all store products. • Engaging actively with customers and provide a high standard in customer service. • Assist with Stock management & product knowledge. • Learn how to operate a Till ( after several months working in store) • Working as part of a team. The candidate will be trained and mentored within a Community Pharmacy Retail setting. They will be trained formally in Manual Handling and Health and Safety. Informally in Over the Counter Medicine modules, customer service, team work and work processes within a busy environment.Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary. Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP. Formal Training: – Operation of Business Software – WPEP QQI Course Informal Training: – Customer Service – Operation of Till – Product Information – Inventory and Stock Control – Prescription reading and Interpretation
